  The food was ok but o don’t like how you can’t heat up or toast your tuna sub. Not everyone likes a cold tuna sub. So it really don’t Satisfy me

  Food is always great..staff were friendly but didn't notice that I did had placed a mobile order until I walked in to JJ. They jumped up to make order and were fast just didn't notice order ahead of time.

  Food was good, as you would expect. The store was dirty and the tables had food left on them. Some trash on the floor. After watching me clean my own table the employees took the initiative to start cleaning the store on there own.

  Typically really good. This afternoon though, really uncomfortable. I couldn’t help notice the manager getting frustrated with the same employee twice. Made it slightly uncomfortable. Also, 2 orders of 5 sandwiches shouldn’t cause a line of 6 ppl waiting for single sandwich. It looked like some ppl were waiting a long time.
