  Justin is an amazing employee that Jimmy John’s is very lucky to have. He delivered food at my job and he came in telling us one of the cars in the parking lot had a flat tire. My manager was so impressed by him that she asked if he was looking for a new job. He immediately declined and said that he was treated very well at Jimmy John’s and he had been there about 13 years. He said this company has earned his loyalty and I respected that so much. This type of customer service is unmatched and should be celebrated. Thank you Justin.

  I’m a regular here and usually have smooth orders. Today I ordered three Turkey Tom with Cheese combos (chips + large drinks). At checkout, I asked about the new meal deal and was told it isn’t automatic — I had to request it upfront. I didn’t fuss, because they would have to redo my whole order, and i thought maybe there was something I was confused on. However, the app shows the meal deal covers the exact same items as the combo, including cheese and large drinks. It would be helpful if it applied automatically to qualifying orders instead of needing an explicit request. Still enjoy the food, just hoping for clearer communication on the new deals!

  Valerie was incredible. She took great care of me even right before they were about to close. And I’m grateful! Hope she gets a raise and all her dreams come true lol! But naw seriously, great place to eat at. Food as super fresh and Valerie really is A-1 on customer service as well as quality food and professionalism.
