- MMMary2 days ago5.0Great experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude. My drink was made perfectly and came out quickly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and creating a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Staff spent tons of time chit chatting and I ended up leaving and not getting my coffee because they said it would be a long wait when I finally got up to the order taker after 30 min in line. Last time I went it had only been open two weeks so I expected a ridiculous wait. The drink I ordered was watery and overpriced. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I doubt they will be in business long with this service. Sadly disappointing.

The line was moderately busy, and they were moving fast so I got my drink in no time! Everyone I talked to treated me like I was their long-time friend. I met the manager, Jaden, and he was so fun and friendly to talk to. This felt like a trip to Dutch back at home… probably even better! Whatever he’s doing, tell him to keep it up!

I've been stopping by nearly every day recently, and every employee I’ve interacted with has been genuinely friendly and customer-service oriented. I usually order ahead on the app and grab my drink at the walk-up window, often before commuting to work, and my visits are always quick and easy. I'm obsessed with trying different flavors of iced Rebel with sweet cream, 100/10 recommend! On the rare occasion there’s ever been a small issue, the team has gone above and beyond to make it right without hesitation. The employees at this location absolutely deserve to be recognized! 👏👏

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
