For some reason when you want extra espresso in your drink, they NEVER put it in. I started ordering extra espresso on the side, they then stopped putting any in the drink itself! Wont be returning to this location.

Not sure how they toast their bagels but I recommend doing it the correct way moving forward to avoid another complaint. I’m very disappointed and won’t come back :/

The employee taking my order seemed very distracted, and I had to repeat myself several times. At first, I assumed he was new, but when I got to the window, he appeared as though he might have been under the influence or intoxicated. To make matters worse, the hash browns I ordered tasted old, cold, and soggy. Overall, the service and food quality were not what I expected. I'll be taking my business back to Starbucks.
