- LWLeslie WilliamsJul 10, 20261.0After a long day dealing with flight cancellations, all I wanted was a good cup of coffee from Dunkin'. I always order the Midnight Blend, and when I went in around 5:00 p.m., I was told they couldn't brew a fresh pot because "no one orders it" and it would go to waste. I politely asked if they could make a fresh pot anyway, but the employee checked with her coworker, and they both refused. Instead, I was told the only option was a regular coffee with an espresso shot, so I agreed. When I received my coffee, I asked if the espresso shot had been added because I didn't see it being made. The employee seemed annoyed that she had to add it, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply for asking. I then asked for her name, and she responded that she didn't have to give it to me. Both young employees were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. I understand businesses have policies about minimizing waste, but refusing to make a standard menu item, being visibly irritated with a customer, and refusing to identify yourself when asked is unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience, especially after an already stressful day of travel.

Not sure how they toast their bagels but I recommend doing it the correct way moving forward to avoid another complaint. I’m very disappointed and won’t come back :/

The employee taking my order seemed very distracted, and I had to repeat myself several times. At first, I assumed he was new, but when I got to the window, he appeared as though he might have been under the influence or intoxicated. To make matters worse, the hash browns I ordered tasted old, cold, and soggy. Overall, the service and food quality were not what I expected. I'll be taking my business back to Starbucks.
