- BPBryan PerezAug 16, 20262.0Menu Pricing Concern The 10% airport employee discount is not the issue. My concern is the price displayed to customers. The large menu screens behind the register clearly show the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel at $4.79. However, I was charged based on an original price of $5.49, and the employee showed me a separate, unofficial menu kept at the counter that supposedly lists the original prices. If the official customer-facing menu screens display $4.79, those are the prices customers see when deciding what to purchase. Having a separate internal/unofficial menu showing $5.49 creates a pricing discrepancy. As a daily customer, I think this should be reviewed. Are regular passengers being charged $5.49 for an item that the customer-facing menu clearly advertises at $4.79? Please update the menu screens or the register pricing so the advertised and charged prices match.

I wanted the toasted coconut donuts and they did not have any! She gave me her personal cell number and told me to sent a text her two days before the next time I'm in the airport and she will have some saved for me! She made me 4 donuts and saved them in a box with my name on it! She didn't have to do that! I know it just donuts but it meant a lot to me! She should get some accolades for that! Employee of the month/year!
