  Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Got blatantly ignored when I asked an employee the status of my order. Franchisee and managers need to do better.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ today. My order was: 1. Small iced latte with oat milk and 3 pumps of caramel 2. Bacon & cheese croissant 3. $6 menu meal – bacon, egg & cheese croissant with hash browns and a black coffee with 3 sugars At the drive-thru, I was told they were out of oat milk. When I asked what milk options were available, it took the employee quite a while to answer before listing them. I ended up switching to almond milk. Then I was told the $6 meal didn’t include hash browns because they were out. I asked if they could substitute another item, but they said no and would just discount the meal instead. Unfortunately, when I received my order, several items were wrong: - The bacon & cheese croissant had egg in it. - The black coffee had no sugar. - The iced latte had no caramel. - There were no straws or napkins provided. On top of that, the employee that delivered the food for waiting at the parking lot never greeted me or said thank you. Overall, the service felt disorganized and inattentive, and multiple parts of my order were incorrect. I hope this location can improve both accuracy and customer service.

  Awful coffee was cold I ordered a hot coffee and got cold coffee and the man was so rude and hateful this morning I will never go there again and definitely don’t recommend at all
