- MBMichael BullockJun 23, 20261.0I go to get my morning coffee and first Mobile orders through the app is not working at this location. Okay, so I go inside to order. Place my order and go to pay using the app that I just loaded money onto. Cashier rigns me up and when I present the app to pay she tells me that the machine that can scan the app is not working. So she wants me to pay a different way. Today most of us are cashless and use cards and apps to pay for things. I ask if there's any other way to pay and she says no. So I leave after wasting my time. I get nothing and they get my money secured on their company card. What a waste of time and money. Don't go to this location.

- BMBrian McMullinJun 14, 20261.0It always seems so hit and Miss at this location. Sometimes you walk in you greeted by somebody they take your order they get your order. Everything goes smoothly, but more often than that the employees that are there make you feel like a complete inconvenience and today was the worst. I walk into the store. One of the employees is coming out and she kind of holds the door for me. I go in. I go up to the counter. There’s another employee there. She sees me. She’s kind of ducked around in the back, I’m standing at the front for about two minutes the other employees kind of walking back-and-forth from the drive-through area to the back and after the third time she does this, I’m OK she’s not gonna come up here to the counter, the other girl sitting outside on her phone like what the heck is going on here? So I stand at the front counter for another minute or two and then I’m just like why do I even come here? I can’t comprehend why I keep doing this. So I’m in the parking lot writing this review as soon as I get done with it I want to search for the location of the next nearest Dunkin’ Donuts and that’s where I’m going. I would advise anybody reading this review to go an extra couple miles to a different location because for some reason, they just can’t seem to consistently hire employees who give a damn about anything here.
