  Bad, bad customer service with the manager, a facility extremely rude to not want to express any information regarding the prices for over the phone purchase kept referring me to online definitely did not want to work. I was very disappointed with the facilities management. Asked name.\n Refused to and hung up on my. I repeat terrible customer service and assistance in any way. I hope that a higher up gets to see this.And everyone who wants to purchase Pizza here, terrible place for your order.I don't recommend it in any way

  I usually order pizza but this time I ordered a Philly steak and it looked good on the website menu but when I picked it up and got home hardly any meat and the bread was hard

  Will not deliver to Pilot truck stop to a truck driver. Said it’s not safe. Well how do they get there supplies delivered? Truck drivers should not do business here!

  Ordered online for pickup. They were crazy busy, but nobody acknowledged my husband. Once he got home, we noticed our cheesy bread had meat in it and we’re vegetarian. I tried calling and I was hung up on right away. I tried calling again and after a minute or two, they picked up and said hold, then I was on hold for between 10 to 15 minutes and was hung up on. Called a third time, they answered and when I told them I was on hold for over 10 minutes and got hung up on, they replied with a cold “how can I help you” I explained our order was wrong and they said they’ll re-fire it, but it was late at this time. I’m in the service industry, so I understand rough nights and mistakes, but zero apologies or any acknowledgment whatsoever is frustrating.
