  Got served by Will, gave some life lessons. Told him I struggled to win any of my yugioh tournaments and wished I was more successful. He gave me solid advice and took it to heart. I proceeded to lose every game from thereon. Came back for more advice and gave me the best hennesy mix I've ever drank. I further lost everything. 10/10 service and life lessons, would 100% come back.

  The place is small an only a few games. Got the $35 card an honestly, it was to much. I probably circled in there 20 times trying to spend that out. Will have to find another option to take the kids. After 20 mins, I felt like even they had enough.

  Dear Dave & Buster’s Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding our experience at Dave & Buster’s on August 22, 2026, while we were there celebrating our son’s 7th birthday. During our visit, approximately half of the building lost power for more than an hour. During that time, customers were unable to place or receive kitchen orders, and the games were unavailable. When power was eventually restored, the situation was still far from resolved because the air conditioning was not functioning. This is South Florida, where indoor temperatures and humidity can become extremely uncomfortable—and potentially unsafe—very quickly without air conditioning. We were left in an extremely hot and humid environment with children, families, and employees inside the building. I find it particularly concerning that staff were expected to continue working under those conditions. What is even more frustrating is that, despite the significant disruption to our visit, there was no meaningful accommodation, compensation, or attempt to make the situation right for customers. We paid to enjoy food, games, and a birthday celebration, yet for a substantial portion of our visit, neither the kitchen nor the games were available, and afterward the building remained without adequate air conditioning. We chose Dave & Buster’s specifically because we wanted our son to have a fun and memorable birthday celebration. Instead, a significant portion of his birthday experience was spent dealing with a power outage, unavailable games and food, and an increasingly hot and uncomfortable environment. I understand that power outages can occur and that not every circumstance is within the control of the business. However, how a business responds to an unexpected situation is absolutely within its control. At minimum, customers should have been given clear communication, appropriate consideration for the unsafe indoor conditions, and some form of compensation or accommodation for the services that were unavailable. I am asking that management review what occurred on August 22 and provide an appropriate response regarding why the facility remained open under these conditions, what measures were taken to protect customers and employees from the excessive heat and humidity, and why no compensation or accommodation was offered. This experience was entirely unacceptable, particularly given that we were there to celebrate our child’s birthday. I hope Dave & Buster’s will take this complaint seriously and make an appropriate effort to address what happened. I look forward to hearing from management regarding how this matter will be resolved.

  Definitely don’t buy drinks here. I went here for my birthday trip to Fort Myers and the bartender scammed me. I ordered a pink patrón margarita and a draft mich ultra. I watched as the bartender poured well tequila into my glass, added no garnish whatsoever, and charged me $25 for the two drinks. With no itemized receipt or anything. Steer clear of the bar for sure.

  Dave & Busters has become a company that does not help or care about long standing customers. They push you off to their 3rd party app and their app is crap. Dave & Busters is basically a casino for kids. They know how to separate you from your hard-earned money & could care less about you. This is EVERY location, but this location deserves a prize from tge Winners Circle for their lack of customer empathy and compassion.
