  they didn’t have chocolate ice cream so the wonderful people who are working right now added a beautiful amount of chocolate syrup and it’s so amazing thank you guys so much you are amazing

  Rude staff , dirty location , worse service ever . I was waiting for 25 minutes for 2 blizzards, no lines inside or drive through . A couple came to pick up an order that they havent even started. The employee was by him self , talked and looked like he was on drugs , the store manager in the restroom for over 20 minutes and didn’t even help him . Save your money and time and pick another store !

  I arrived at 6:40pm on 5/6/2026 and was told I could not place an order because there was no manager available. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Also many people whom placed mobile order had a long wait time as i waited patiently only to be told I would not be getting service. I would not recommend this poorly ran location to anyone.

  Went with my family on a Saturday around 7:30 and cannot say that we received poor service because we received no service whatsoever. We have no problem waiting during a busy rush, but we stood at the counter for 10+ minutes without even being acknowledged. Several team members walked past the register and actively turned their heads to ignore us standing there. We ultimately ended up walking out without placing an order. Also, The cleanliness throughout the space was less than ideal, including in the restrooms. We will not be back

  This store was really backed up when my boyfriend and I came in. As two young adults we get it. We have both worked in food service so we understand the struggle. But the young black woman who decided to give my boyfriend an attitude for no reason was extremely uncalled for. Telling him they are understaffed. Yes we can see that. We didn’t say a word to her. She was constantly giving us and the other people inside nasty looks. Like I said, we have a lot patience because we have been there done that but don’t give attitude when it’s unnecessary. Especially to people who aren’t being rude.
