  Went on mother's day. Store was busy and extremely dirty. Not a single table was remotely clean. Yet the staff had time to flirt and joke with each other. Complete dumpster fire. Health department definitely needs to be involved!!!

  We made an order at 2:10pm the pickup was 226 we arrived at 230 I had been unprofessionally ask to move up by team member in red shirt with gold chains then waited until 250 for a girl to crack open the door to restaurant and proceed to tell me to Move up so they could move there drive thru and for her to tell us we were lying about our wait.I really feel like we were being treated differently. I will never be back and I will be speaking to corporate about both the crew we encountered. During all of this not a single simple we are sorry for the wait we will work on it for you. This would have never happened . Good luck to yall

  I ordered a plain cookie dough blizzard with my $7 meal deal. My cookie dough blizzard didnt look normal, and I asked the girl at the counter if it was just cookie dough, she hesitated and said yes. After a few bites, I realized there was nuts in my blizzard. Thankfully I dont have a nut allergy, but the employees should be more careful.

  If I could give a 0 I would I am absolutely disappointed in the accommodation these managers give… I tried ordering here many times the manager on the speaker was very rude multiple times I called to complain to Tara which I thought she handled well at first but when I came back to get my order remade one item was missing and I was told I couldn’t get it at the store but over the phone I was promised and was apologized to about my experience.. I will never be coming here again and I am very unsatisfied with what happened today which this was my favorite location to shop at.

  Never got a chance to have ice-cream. The manager couldn't be bothered to stop doing inventory to help customers. The cook came from the kitchen to take our order. He never told us about the buy one get one for .99 deal they had on blizzards. When I questioned the manager she told me it wasn't her job to tell customers about promotions. When I pressed her she told us to leave, with a refund. Worst experience I've ever had at a Dairy Queen.
