  Whoever was training our cashier was beyond rude at this location. I was waiting for app to load and scan for points/use rewards. The trainer made a rude comment towards me as I was paying. 0/10 customer service!! They need a course on customer service at this location because this is not the first time this has happened here unfortunately and the other reviews reflect the same.

  ZERO STARS. Dirty place. Horrible food. It looks like SLop in a Bowl. The So Called Steak Is Most L8kely Grissley. No Variety. When you ask a question, They talk spanish and Ignore you. Will Never Be Back! Avoid At all costs. Ripped Off For $21.

  I was on this chipotle with my husband on May 11 at 10pm. We ordered 2 steaks quesadillas and inside one of them we found an acrylic nail that my husband almost swallowed. We told the manager, showed her the acrylic nail and she did not even said sorry. This is beyond gross and disrespectful I think that an apology at least was well deserved.

  Absolutely terrible portion sizes. I went in today at 9pm and got one of the worst serving sizes of chicken I’ve ever had. I saw how small the portion was and asked for more but the rude Hispanic woman serving me said that will cost extra for double. I didn’t want to have to pay extra for her version of double when I didn’t even get the standard single portion. The experience left me thinking “I won’t go back to chipotle anytime soon.”

  Worst Experience Of My Life I Always Come To This Chipotle & It’s Always A Little Slow & I Accept It But This Time I Just Cannot I Was The Second Person In Line & I Waited 20 Minutes In Line Not A Word Was Spoken To The Person Ahead Of Me To let Us Know He’ll Be Right With Us… No Communication At All Then We Get Up There After 20 Minutes Mind You & Then There Was Absolutely No Steak??? Maybe A Heads Up As We Walk In So We Know!! I Had To Change My Mind Last Minute Which I Never Get Chicken… Just Horrible Would’ve Gave It Negative 5 Stars If I Could Because This Is Just Unacceptable All The Time At The Same Time Is Ridiculous.
