- MBMatt B4 days ago1.0Ordered online. Paid over $7 for double meat and see pic in lid. That was all the chicken. What a joke. Asked for sour cream. Zero on meal. Asked for corn salsa and have like 3 single pieces. Waited 1 hour from delivery to this joke of a meal. Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves and have better quality control. Complete meal was just under $30 delivered

Instead of waiting for another batch to come in she grabbed whatever handful there was with the spoon and didn’t think twice about it. I asked for brown not white rice. They need to be careful and keep the serving area clean. What if someone has a bad food allergy. Some of the food was mixed in different buckets. Clearly understaffed and poor management.
- YRYuliana RomanJun 18, 20261.0My husband went to go get us food and he said the people serving were amazing, but as soon as he got to the cashier the lady who appeared to be Dominican was on her phone, and she had to get reminded that their was a customer in front of her, after that she was very rude had a attitude towards him and she proceeded to ask if he wanted chips and he said yes regular chips and she then added a false item to his order and then he asked to remove it but she refused until my husband told her a second time, then she process the order gave him the receipt and charge him double guac keep in mind he got 2 bowls one had guac the other didn’t, I really hope nobody else experience this.
