Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I came in around 9 PM, and most of the staff were not friendly at all. I completely understand that it was late and everyone can be tired after a long day, but come on guys, you’re still working with customers and providing a service. A little friendliness and better attitude go a long way. The only person who was genuinely nice and welcoming was the girl at the register. The burrito itself was very good, as usual, and the ingredients tasted great, so no complaints there. But to top it all off, I paid for a large drink (sprite), and when I got home, I realized it was basically just carbonated water with no flavor at all. Obviously, I wasn’t going to drive another 15 minutes back just to return a drink, so I basically wasted my money and ended up throwing it away. Good food, but tonight the customer service and attention to detail were definitely disappointing. Hopefully, the team can put a little more effort into the overall customer experience.

Ordered a burrito bowl with two times the chicken, white rice, brown beans, tomato salsa, corn, fajita veggies, cheese and sour cream. I basically got a bowl of rice with a few other ingredients. There was barely enough chicken for one helping, a small amount of beans, a tiny amount of corn, a few slivers of fajita veggies and, honestly, a few tomato chunks. No exaggeration here! Needless to say I was pissed and I’ll never go to that Chipotle again.
