  I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Chipotle today. This used to be one of my favorite fast food places, and now I honestly do not even want to step foot inside again. I simply asked if my tortilla could be double wrapped, something I’ve had done multiple times before at other visits. The employee immediately told me “no” with an attitude. When I politely explained that it had been done for me before, she then started speaking in Spanish to another coworker while looking at me, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. At that point, I said never mind and decided to leave because the entire interaction felt rude and unprofessional. Customers should never feel talked about or singled out in another language during an interaction. Whether that was their intention or not, it came across as extremely disrespectful. To say the least, I will not be returning to this Chipotle location again. Very disappointing experience from a place I used to enjoy.

  I lived a mile down the road from this Chipotle for a short period between Dec 2025 - Apr 2026 and must have visited at least 50 times for dinner. I've been eating Chipotle regularly for a long time, and (as best as I can recall) this location probably served the best and most consistent quality and reasonable portions I've experienced in a decade. Honestly, seeing a rating in the 3-star range was quite surprising. The food was always fresh and delicious. Portions had a little variance, depending on who was serving on the front line that day, but I never felt even remotely cheated in any way. The staff was friendly, and even went out of their way to remember my "usual" order (which they certainly didn't have to do). The dining area was also kept quite clean. If I *really* wanted to search deep and wide for some criticism, I could point out 1 occasion where the team ran out of chicken and I had to wait 20 minutes - but that happens everywhere from time to time. Great job, team! 👍👍 If I lived closer, I'd probably be returning 4-5 days a week, but unfortunately I live too far away now.

  Living cockroach in kids meal taco! Tired to contact local restaurant and no answer; tried to contact corporate and their solution was two free kids meals. seriously this isn't missing lettuce this is a living cockroach.

  This location are so wrong charging you for half spoon of stake and if you ask for more the charge you twice

  Terrible portion sizes, I got a bowl on the mobile app for pick up, and the bowl had maybe seven bites total… it’s a true shame that I spent $15. And had to re-order different food.
