  I placed an order on Uber eats and they don’t stand behind their food when they have it delivered with a delivery service. The container that held my burrito bowl was not even closed all the way. They didn’t give me the chips and queso that I ordered. I ordered the chipotle, honey chicken, and they gave me the Adobe chicken, I can’t eat the Adobe chicken because the spices on it make me sick. The entire meal was garbage, and they only credited me for the chips and queso. When I contacted chipotle, they referred me back to Uber eats, however, Uber eats wasn’t the one who made the meal and they would not credit me anything for the rest of the meal. That’s the last time I will be using Uber eats.

  Not surprised this location only has a 3.6 stars rating. Tables were all dirty and one of the older guys on the line (he was maybe like 30s or 40s) called me stupid under his breath but loud enough so that I could hear just because I didn't want tortillas in my kids meal and I wanted a side of steak. Then I ordered three sides of shredded cheese and he rolled his eyes and said that doesn't come with the kids meal and laughed at me. It wasn't even for my kids meal. It was for my daughter. Adult workers should not make assumptions or question why customers want things a certain way. Very bad customer service and I wouldn't return to this one because of it. Also the management needs to be putting workers on the line who understand English. The food was good and that alone is why I gave it a two-star.

  Young employee behind the counter fully questioned my tattoos and the placement of them, mind you the tattoo is of butterflies not even something bad. It was just disrespectful and uncalled for, and I don’t understand how that would ever be considered good customer service.

  Undercooked rice beware! I've been eating at this location for about 3 years. Over that time is has progressively gotten worse but before today nothing that crazy ever happened. For example at one point the fajita veggies were chopped up really poorly evertime I ate here for a while. Today crossed the line, I ordered a bowl online and picked it up in store. When I started eating I realized all the rice was undercooked. Luckily I was able to get a refund but I still ate a few bites before I realized it was all undercooked. Hope it doesn't make me sick.

  I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location at 10010 University Plaza Dr #102, Fort Myers, FL 33913. From start to finish, everything about this visit was disappointing. I ordered three bowls, and the amount of protein in each one was completely inconsistent. One bowl had significantly less than the others, which is unacceptable considering you’re paying the same price for each. It felt careless and poorly managed. To make matters worse, they were out of multiple ingredients at the serving station. For a place like Chipotle, running out of basic items shows a lack of preparation and organization. The service was just as bad. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the issues or the customers. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they made the experience even more frustrating. On top of all that, the restaurant was not clean. The overall environment felt neglected and unprofessional. This location clearly has serious problems with management, service, and quality control. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Chipotle unless major improvements are made.
