  Absolutely disgusting experience. The line to order was swarmed with at least 10 flies flying around the food and customers. The employees were rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone. The entire restaurant was a disaster. Dirty, unorganized, and clearly not being maintained properly. To make matters even worse, I found a dead fly in my food. I was absolutely sickened and immediately lost my appetite. This is a serious health concern and completely unacceptable. This restaurant should be shut down until it can meet basic cleanliness standards. I will be contacting the health inspector on Monday.

  I went to this chipolte location around lunch time on June 20th and was unpleasantly surprised with looks to be a manager with a shorter grey beard almost down grading one of the guys (silver chain) that were working on the line. I have a good understanding about how the restaurant works and operates due to being employed at CAVA which is very similar however we have a lot more going on due to the greater selection of food. Because of my understanding of the restaurant, I thought it was extremely unprofessional for the manager of the store to talk smart to the team member over a thing of black beans.... I understand that he needs to tell the prep person before the beans run out but the manager could've handled that so many other ways. Instead the manager had a crappy attitude and was correcting the guy pretty loud to the point where I could hear everything being maybe 15 people back in the line. Once I got to the team member to order my food he was very polite and respectful and I think that's who Chipolte should want working for them, not the rude manager trying to downgrade and mock his new employees. It will be a while before I come back to this location and hopefully when I do that manager will not be there anymore.

  I placed an online to-go order and was “greeted” with, “what’s your name?” and it was handed to me with a “here you go”. In addition, I paid extra for “extra chicken” and my first five bites have been nothing but vegetables. Attaching a photo of my bowl and what remains after my first five bites - a whole lot of no extra chicken. I paid $12.05 for all vegetables and rice and beans. Zero quality in staff and the food.

  I like Chipotle and i eat at a lot of Chipotles in my travels and i travel frequently. This Chipotle is dirty, there is urine on the floor in Mens bathroom, the soap dispenser doesn’t work, and the hand dryer doesn’t work.So how are the male employees washing their hands after they use the dirty bathroom? I don’t know but I know its terrible.
