  Extremely disappointed. I know Chipotle has been shrinking their bowls over the years, but this was next level. Ordered 2 bowls on the app. One had extra meat. Picked the order up and actually verified it was the right order because the weight of the bag wasn’t what a SINGLE bowl should weigh, let alone two. I don’t think I have ever finished a bowl in less than two meals. This time, the bowl was finished and I was still hungry. I actually had to dig around to find any rice. Queso was added but not ordered, and the salsa was incorrect. Utterly disappointing and it will definitely be a long time, if ever, that I revisit Chipotle.

  Just wanted to say we ordered 3 bowls online and not 1, not 2, but ALL 3 bowls were messed up. One had the wrong meat, one had beans and onions added when not asked for, and the 3rd one was served completely cold. So whoever was making the bowls on August 23rd around 7-8 was not reading directions!

  I order from here at least once a week, and 9 out of 10 times something is wrong with my order. I usually let it go because mistakes happen, but tonight was the last straw. I ordered a bowl with double steak and no beans. It came with chicken, steak, black beans, and queso. I also ordered another bowl with chicken, and they put steak instead. Completely wrong across the board. At this point, it’s not a one-off mistake, it’s a pattern! And to make it worse, Chipotle makes it nearly impossible to actually speak with someone to fix the issue. This level of inaccuracy, especially this consistently, is unacceptable.

  My wife and I have gone to the chipotle for years and it has consistently gotten worse. Bad service and small portions. Don’t order online because they will skimp out on the food. I’ve had bowls where rice doesn’t cover the bottom. Pretty wild spending 15-20 bucks for a bowl these days that are half the size

  Never went to this place, stopped by and never will stop by again. Absolutely digusting attitudes when me and my girl were deciding what we wanted and were being rushed to know what we want, the food portion was cheap meanwhile we are paying over 11 bucks for food. The workers watched us order our food and questioning why do I want everything on my burrito and bowl and I dont understand why they are even asking us what we are paying for.. they acted like it was going to come out their checks alone. The old man that worked there was nasty, the Mexican lady was nasty and rude. Terrible experience from this place and they need to be humbled and learn how to properly treat their customers with respect and not treat them like to go bags. This was a very unsettling experience for me and my girl who just came in for some food for dinner. NEVER AGAIN.
