  I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. Unfortunately, Kandy at Chick-fil-A was extremely rude and seemed to have very poor manners throughout our interaction. Customer service is such an important part of dining out, and the attitude we received was disappointing and unprofessional. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable because of how we were treated, which really took away from the overall experience. That being said, I do want to mention that despite the poor service, our milkshakes were actually very good. They were fresh, delicious, and definitely the highlight of our visit. It’s unfortunate that such great food and drinks were overshadowed by such negative customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers can enjoy both quality service and quality food.

  Well, I have eaten here two times in the last month and both times were awful. The first time, we ordered with an allergy alert and wound up with someone else’s order entirely. We couldn’t flag anyone down in the drive through and didn’t have time to wait in the line to get our correct order. Yesterday we tried them again. They brought half my order and told me to go wait in a spot for the shakes and ice cream. After about twenty minutes, someone came up and asked me if I needed anything. I told them I was waiting on my shakes and ice cream. I regret not taking a picture, but my shakes were sloshing over the sides of the cups and were melted to a liquid, my soft serve in a cup was also completely melted. In the main bag of food, chick fil a sauce had exploded and coated the containers in sticky sauce. It was a mess. I have to say this is the most poorly operated Chick Fil A I have ever been to, and I can see from previous reviews I’m not the only one that has had such a poor experience. I’d pick a different spot for dinner, Cape Coral has never let me down!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sue Grindle, Catering Director at Cypress Lake Chick-fil-A! I came in after running into trouble placing a catering order online and to make matters more stressful, I needed food for 50 people within an hour. I knew it was a big ask, but Sue and her team didn’t flinch for a second. From the moment I walked in, Sue was warm, professional, and completely unflappable. She jumped into action immediately and made me feel like my last-minute emergency was their top priority. But what truly blew me away was how they went above and beyond, offering me water and complimentary food while I waited. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and really speaks to the culture Sue has built on her team. They pulled it off seamlessly. Fifty people fed, on time, with zero stress on my end. This is exactly the gold-standard service that Chick-fil-A is known for, and Sue Grindle is a shining example of what top-tier customer care looks like. If you need catering, don’t hesitate. Ask for Sue. You’ll be in the best hands possible!

  Drive through is still horrible, they bring your food out before you get to the window, don’t give you your drink until the window. By the time you get to the window you’ve sat in line for 5+ mins, and food gets cold just sitting there. Horrible experience at this location. Do better.

  Ordered for pickup, waited in the drive thru 15min, paid extra for bacon on my breakfast sandwich, drove away no bacon. Came back around to wait in the drive thru again. Instead of remaking the sandwich they gave me a cup with 2 strips of cold bacon? Didn't even apologize for their mistake or the inconvenience it caused. Read the order before you make it.
