They take your order as soon as you pulll into the parking lot, then have you go through the drive thru line. I get my order by three different people and I’m then stuck in the line and can’t get out!! Then, we get our order and it’s missing a straw and our sauce, and our chicken was cold!! This location needs a better process for sure.

What’s the point of giving me my food in the back of line if I don’t have everything? Would really help with the traffic so I can get out of line sooner and so food doesn’t get cold. When I did get up to the window everyone is preoccupied with their head down with tasks for cars behind the car at the window. All the drinks on their counter sitting unorganized including my drink. Really doesn’t help people in and out of line, makes no sense. They also didn’t give me any napkins with my food, so that was really nice of them 😊

As my family proceeded to sit down I later saw two employees which later were identified as managers Cristina and Vincent were outside playing goofing around in the Chick-fil-A company vehicle. Vincent closed Cristina in the trunk. I do have the video I took of them and would love to share with management. I felt this was very unprofessional being in a work uniform especially when you should be inside assisting employees and giving customers their orders. Will not be returning to this location as I was very dissatisfied.
- RMRodney MessingerJun 17, 20261.0If you order a grill chicken sandwich meal and you want the gluten free bun option, it will come in a seperate plastic bag separate from the grilled chicken and they will not heat it in a microwave, grill it like a regular bun with butter just give it to you at room tempature. They say this is corporate policy. So you decide if you want this option. My opinion you should not be penalized for wanting the gluten free option they offer, if it can't at the very least warmed up.
