I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-A locations over the years, but the customer service I received here truly stood out. The highlight of my visit was an employee named Nieya. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude that it immediately made my day better. She was patient while I looked over the menu, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure my order was exactly right. It’s rare to come across someone who is so naturally kind and genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. What impressed me even more was how she treated everyone around her. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed she was just as friendly and attentive with every customer she helped. She stayed calm even when it got busy, kept a smile on her face, and worked incredibly hard. Employees like Nieya are the reason people keep coming back. She represents everything Chick-fil-A is known for—excellent customer service, professionalism, and kindness. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. The entire team seemed to work well together, but Nieya really went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Management, if you’re reading this, please recognize the outstanding employee you have. Nieya deserves a raise and recognition for the exceptional service she provides. Employees with her work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication are hard to find, and she is a tremendous asset to your restaurant. They let orders consistently go in the red or clear the screen but just let food sit there in the bag while the person is already there waiting for it. They were neglectful and slow. A shift leader threatened to not give a delivery driver the order he’d been waiting for after asking for it. Despite having dreads, he wasn’t very chill. He spent more time arguing with the guy (in front of other customers by the way) than it would have taken to put a sticker on a bag and hand it to him. His ego was clearly hurt after the quality of work he was supposed to be doing was challenged, but could have saved everyone the situation by paying attention and doing his job.

However, there seems to be a recurring issue with order accuracy when it comes to something very simple. Almost every morning when I visit this location, I specifically request two strawberry jellies with my breakfast. Not only do I ask for them, but they are also clearly printed on the order sticker. Despite that, I routinely receive grape jelly instead, only one strawberry jelly, or no jelly at all. I understand that mistakes happen occasionally, but when the same issue occurs repeatedly over multiple visits, it becomes frustrating. This isn’t a complicated customization or special request—it’s simply providing the items that were ordered and listed on the ticket. For some people this might seem minor, but for me it genuinely impacts the meal. I order the same breakfast regularly and enjoy it with two strawberry jellies. When they’re missing or substituted, it takes away from the experience and leaves me disappointed before I even get to work. The food itself is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. I simply hope management takes a closer look at the order assembly process and pays more attention to the details. A small oversight once is understandable; having it happen nearly every visit is not.
