- EEEric ElgMay 6, 20261.0We went to this location to redeem Chick-fil-a’s Teacher Appreciation offer in May 2026. We tried twice calling beforehand to confirm that the location was participating in the offer but no one picked up. We drove there, knowing the promotion might not apply, but when we asked, the response was, “This location is privately owned, and the guy decided not to offer that discount.” We were disappointed that the owner made a conscious decision not to thank teachers, but we still decided to redeem points on the Chick-fil-a app. When we asked if we could redeem a five-count chicken nugget meal with grilled chicken instead of fried nuggets, we were given a one-word response (“No”) from the shift leader who did not even bother turning around to answer the other employee who was asking on our behalf. The employee also had to ask twice to get a response, and the location was not particularly busy at the moment, either. Not only was it somewhat rude, but other locations have had no problem obliging this request when we have redeemed points in the past. Overall, a disappointing experience that is not typical at other Chick-fil-a locations, a brand usually known for exceptional customer service.

The Chick-fil-A near my home has PupCups and my pup is always with me. Unfortunately, the owners of the Colonial Chick-fil-A are NOT pup-loving owners, as I found out when I asked for one. They dont do PupCups! UGH! My little guy sulked all the way home. I'll stick to my usual location after this. My heart can't take it. 🥺😒😭
