  I had such a great experience here! The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving, but what really made my visit stand out was the incredible customer service. Matthew and Esmeralda went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the other wonderful team member helping them (I’m so sorry I forgot your name I believe it was something with a C) was just as kind and welcoming. They were all friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience for every customer. It’s not often you come across a team that makes you want to come back just because of how they treat people, but this crew absolutely does. Thank you all for the amazing service;)

  Best cava in the area. Employee's are extremely helpful friendly and efficient, always have the best recommendations. The ingredients are always super fresh tasting, and you can tell the dressings are kept well because they’re not watery like other locations. Shout out to Matt for making my first experience here so good I keep coming back

  It was my first visit at a Cava location. I was happy to discover that there is a food chain that offers a variety of options (food, sauce, meat, cheese, dressings) but yet that are healthy and tasty. The price is reasonable and the check-out is fresh. The bowl portion can really satisfy 2 people.

  I was very disappointed with my experience. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 11:00 PM, and we arrived around 9:35 PM, yet a large portion of the menu and toppings were already unavailable. If you're going to stay open until 11:00, customers should reasonably expect food options to still be available. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the employees working the topping line. The ladies behind the counter were rude and spent most of the time complaining while customers were present. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them simply by ordering during normal business hours. To make matters worse, while we were sitting outside eating our food, one of the employees began stacking chairs around us and making rude comments about us eating at the restaurant. This was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome, especially considering we had arrived well before closing time. Overall, the lack of available food, poor customer service, and disrespectful behavior from multiple employees left a very negative impression. Customers should not feel rushed out, criticized, or treated as a burden for dining during posted business hours. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  I understand that closing procedures need to begin before the store closes, but at 9:30 PM—an hour and a half before closing—more than half of the toppings and all of the drinks had already been put away. This created a poor customer experience, as many items that should have been available during normal business hours were no longer accessible. What was even more disappointing was the attitude from some employees. When customers requested items that were still supposed to be available, employees appeared visibly annoyed, including shaking their heads and acting as though it was an inconvenience to serve paying customers. No customer should feel like they are causing a problem simply by ordering food during posted business hours. If the store is advertised as being open until 11:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect the full menu and beverage selection to be available until much closer to closing time, along with professional and courteous service. This experience fell well below those expectations.
