  I had such an incredible experience at Cava , and a huge part of that was because of Christian. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us have the best experience possible. You can really tell when someone enjoys what they do, and Christian absolutely made us feel taken care of the entire time. One of my favorite parts was that he let me try all the different dips so I could figure out what I liked best instead of rushing me through the order. Every single one was delicious, but the harissa, crazy feta, and tzatziki completely stood out to me. They paired so perfectly with the salmon and honestly made the whole meal unforgettable. The flavors were fresh, bold, and balanced so well together. I also loved how many topping options there were, even though it almost drove me crazy trying to decide because everything looked good. Thankfully, Christian stepped in and helped me choose the best combinations, and his recommendations were perfect. Everything he suggested worked so well together and made the bowl even better than I expected. It’s rare to get both amazing food and amazing customer service at the same place, but Cava delivered both. Christian went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his kindness and attention really made the visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be served by him again. Highly recommend this place if you want delicious food and genuinely great service!

  Second time when I ordered at this place and I dont received what I ordered but I was charged. I ordered two salmon bowls with yogurt and dill that supposed to come with crazy feta and was no crazy feta there. Also I ordered eggplant with these bowls, I was charged but no eggplant in there was added. Disappointed

  Christian is such a blessing every time I come to CAVA! He always goes above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and a positive attitude. He makes every customer feel welcomed and valued.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such an amazing experience at Cava in Ft. Myers! We came in as a big group — kids, mom, grandma, all of us — and our server, Christian, truly made the entire visit unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, patient, and incredibly kind to everyone. It’s not easy handling a large group with different needs, but he did it effortlessly and with a genuine smile the whole time. He paid attention to every detail, made sure everyone was taken care of, and created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for us. This was honestly some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. You can tell he truly cares about his job and the people he serves. We’re visiting from Jacksonville, and I can confidently say this won’t be our last time here — largely because of the experience Christian gave us. We truly hope he’s recognized and taken care of the same way he takes care of his customers. He deserves it! Thank you, Christian, for going above and beyond

He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and took the time to explain menu options with patience and enthusiasm. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made my visit memorable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. The whole crew is amazing but Christian is a true asset to the team—I will definitely be coming back! Tuve una experiencia excelente en CAVA gracias a Christian. Desde el momento en que entré, fue muy amable, atento y profesional. Se aseguró de que mi orden estuviera perfecta y se tomó el tiempo para explicarme las opciones del menú con paciencia y entusiasmo.
