  We went here starving and had the best experience! Cass was helping us and she was so helpful and patient. Gave recommendations for everything she liked, which I did too! We even went right back and got second orders Togo for our next meal! Thank you Cass if you’re reading this! Wish there was one in Port Charlotte! 10/10 recommend

  Our family loves coming to CAVA! The food is always fresh, there is an abundance of options to choose from, and it is much healthier than the other options out there. Christian and Sol make the experience so enjoyable; they always greet us with a smile and serve us with joy. Our kids are excited every time we tell them we're going to CAVA. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food as well. We will be coming back to CAVA often.

  I have to give a shoutout to Christian. I accidentally placed an order to the wrong store and I called looking to do a refund but he took care of me so well he even called the other store for me so they can work on my order. I have nothing but an amazing experience every time I go here. Plus the food is so fresh and amazing I can see that all the workers look like they get along so well and it seems like such a healthy work environment. I love it at CAVA. Honestly, one of the best spots in SWFL. Good job to the owners and managers for having such a wonderful spot. 10/10!

  I genuinely cannot say enough about this location. I'm here on business and I came here 3 times in a week. Every single time, the employees were legitimately nice... SADLY so hard to come by these days. I value customer service SO MUCH. They were helpful and smiled and made eye contact. Each time I went I had forgotten to get my receipt. I called and spoke with Roberto. (General manager in training.) He KINDLY pulled all 3 of my receipts up, no attitude, not irritated with me... printed them and met me at the door with them!!!! I was honestly floored. Again, its just hard to come by. I am so thankful! Keep up the food work guys! Oh the food is smackin too! 💪🏼👏🏼😎

  I cannot begin to explain how phenomenal this location is. Christian is a breath of fresh air. He is welcoming. He is polite. He is professional. He’s charming his smile lights up the room. He is very personable. I had so much fun ordering my food. I have not had this type of service in such a long time. I will never go to Gulf Coast Town Center CAVA again. The service is like night and day. Gulf Coast does not even acknowledge you. Also I feel like they let the food sit out too long before they replenish it. I also noticed when Christian came out of the back, he washed his hands and applied new gloves. Gulf Coast touches everything with gloves on and comes back and tries to serve you with those same gloves that they have now contaminated. Everything was fresh at the Daniels location. The speed of service was very good and every customer was acknowledged. If I could duplicate like hundreds of Christian and place him in all of the Cava locations, it would be a wonderful situation. This guy is literally everything. He knows what the Service industry needs. 10/10 for sure. Not to mention, he recommended his favorites. He put us onto some new different items which we absolutely loved me and my daughter cannot brag on him enough. It was a beautiful experience. We are glad we allowed him to pull us out of our comfort zone and try some different food. The food was amazing fresh and I wanna go back every week now lol The salmon was delicious I wish it was a permanent item!
