  Waited 41 minutes for french fries and a lemonade. Fries were soggy and over seasoned.

  Came in Saturday night really excited to finally try Buffalo Wild Wings. It was packed, so a wait was expected. Hostess was nice but seemed unsure who was next in line. Once seated, it took about 15 min to get drinks. Our server was friendly, but between the loud TVs, people screaming, and juggling multiple tables, service was really slow. We didn’t get our food until about an hour after sitting. Appetizer and wings came out at the same time. Wings were overcooked and just okay — “mid” for me. But the buffalo chicken dip was probably the best thing I’ve eaten. That alone almost saved the night. B-Dubs nails the sports-bar atmosphere, but the wait times and kitchen pacing really hurt the experience. With better service flow, this place would be solid. I’ll come back for that dip, maybe on a slower night.

  I really like this BDubs location. Food was fast and tasty. The service is speedy, customer service is on point and polite and I like the layout. Bartender Frank is top tier, if you stop in make sure you sit at the bar. He will take great care of you.

  Seems like amateur hour the bartender doesn’t know how to make drinks she’s looking on her phone. The beer was sour and I couldn’t even hear the waiter asked me what I wanted must be their first job.

  I order to go from this place all the time and it's usually fine but my visit in the restaurant yesterday was disappointing. My sauces on the wings weren't right, I let the our server know as soon as he handed them to me and he just said "sorry I didn't hear you say that." Zero effort or offer to fix it. There was also a hair in one of my blue cheese cups, noticed it while leaving. Luckily it wasn't the one I used, but still.
