This was hands down, one of our best pizza experiences in Fort Myers thus far (and we've been to alot of spectacular pizzarias). We ordered the meatball & garlic loaf to start. The meatball melted in your mouth... it was SO good! The garlic loaf was equally amazing with the soft garlic cloves on top- YUM! I knew we were in for an amazing pie, just by how great the appetizers tasted. The pizza did not disappoint! From the crisp crust & all the fresh ingredients... I couldn't resist overeating. Madison (unsure how that's spelled) was so friendly & attentive- if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Can't wait to go back!!
Amazing food. All around food enjoyment. Penne A-LA Vodka pasta was absolutely phenomenal! The Meatball appetizer was some fantastic meatballs! Nutella Caprese was fantastic and kinda different from normal dessert. The chicken parmigiana pizza was 1 of the best pies i’ve ever had! The homemade tiramisu tasted just like my grandmothers (which is VERY good).
Amantia Wood Fire Pizzeria gave us a truly memorable dine‑in experience — the kind that reminds you why supporting local restaurants matters. The food was outstanding, but the hospitality was even better.
Tony, the owner, checked on us throughout the meal with genuine warmth and pride. It wasn’t just a quick table touch — he made sure we were enjoying everything, shared a few laughs, and made us feel like longtime regulars. Our server was equally fantastic: friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail. Together, they delivered the kind of service you rarely see anymore.
The Red Blend Bruffato set the tone perfectly — smooth, rich, and a great pairing for everything that followed. The Garlic Loaf came out warm, fresh, and absolutely addictive.
The pastas were phenomenal. The Homemade Meatballs over spaghetti tasted like true family‑recipe comfort — tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Shrimp Scampi Pasta was bright, garlicky, and loaded with shrimp.
Dessert sealed the deal. The Homemade Tiramisu was light, creamy, and beautifully balanced. And Tony surprised us with two complimentary cannolis, which was such a thoughtful touch — crisp shells, smooth filling, and a perfect sweet finish.
Warm service, incredible food, and genuine hospitality from both our server and Tony himself. Amantia Wood Fire Pizzeria earns an easy 5 stars and a spot at the top of our “dine‑in again soon” list.

This is a new establishment. The owner was going table to table. The food was for the most part was ok but my dinner companions felt overpriced. The appetizer portions were very small. We had one specialty drink that was very good but the cucumber martini, which we ordinarily enjoy, was not good. The pepperoni on the pizza was like little cups of grease. The bar area was very nice but the main dining area seemed cold & uninviting. We'll give it some time to work out the newness & possibly try it again down the road.

Brand new restaurant. And let me tell you, it's phenomenal! I mean it. The Chef/Owner Toni has been in the kitchen both times I have gone and the food he is putting out of that kitchen is TOP NOTCH.
I had the pepperoni pizza and the calamari my first visit. The calamari being the first thing I ate there. It was the lightest, crispiest calamari I have EVER had. I'm not lying or exaggerating. Then he gave me the pizza. Holy cow son. It's bonkers delicious!
My next visit I wasn't as hungry so I only got the Antipasto appetizer. It was the best prosciutto I've had since I was in Florence Italy. Seriously. It was amazing. The salami was good as well, I ordered a side of bread with it, which was good, it's a rich dish.
The atmosphere is great. The people are friendly. It's brand new, as I said earlier, so don't expect a well oiled machine yet as they work out the kinks of service, not that I had any issues that's just how the business goes.
What you CAN expect is a TOP QUALITY food experience made by a talented chef at a reasonable price. Give them a try I guarantee you will come back.
