The guy I spoke to said that they were sending another driver to bring me the other bag. 40 minutes later my food still wasn't here and when I called the store again it took another five times to get an answer I was told that they don't do that anymore and I needed to contact doordash because they delivered my order and that she could not help me and there was nothing they could do. I order from this restaurant multiple times a week and I don't use doordash I go directly through Wingstop. There's no option to be able to contact doordash it automatically sends it to the store. I sent someone to go pick up the rest of the order and still did not have all of my food. I will not be ordering from WingStop again I am now done and they lost a customer.

While Wingstop’s food is very good, I am extremely disappointed and upset with the customer service we received. The staff were rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even bother to get our names, and instead of politely calling us or approaching us, they had the audacity to shout at us rudely just to get our attention. There was absolutely no need to speak to customers that way. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but being busy is not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. We came here expecting good food and basic courtesy, but the attitude of the staff completely ruined our experience. This happened today at approximately 8:00 PM, and I sincerely hope management addresses this situation and reminds the staff that customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

I stood there waiting, with no one taking my order or offering any assistance. It’s unacceptable for a customer to walk into a restaurant and be left waiting without even being acknowledged. If the staff is unable to serve customers, the restaurant should at least have someone available to take orders. I expected much better customer service from Wingstop. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
