  This location needs an adult present i just got home with my to go order and literally nothing was made right lol. My bowl is missing 2 toppings and the smoothie wasn't blended properly. For the location you'd think they would staff this place with real adults it's all children in there.

  Smoothies are delicious. Service is inconsistent. Monday night I arrived at 915 pm and was able to order a smoothie and food. Tonight I attempted to order food at the same time of day with my smoothie and was told food wasn't being served anymore because they were "closing soon." Is this standard policy? I had to go elsewhere to get food, defeating the purpose of trying to pair something healthy with my smoothie.

  Place is run down. I was the first to order ahead of 4 people. Everyone got there order on hand. I never received my order. That's after the fact . I actually tip them on the receipt, never tipping fast food places. Never coming to this horrible place again.

  Tayden I think that’s how you spell his name was soooo nice! The young lady at the register on Tuesday April 28th, 2026 at 9:40pm told me they were closing at 10pm and she wasn’t taking any more orders which made me feel really sad because I just wanted the Bahamama smoothie. Tayden heard and came up to the register after she walked off and asked what would I like to order and he made it for me in a breeze with FANTASTIC customer service!!! Thank god he was there because I always order Bahamamas and have never been turned down to order. I didn’t want to go to smoothie king as I always like going to Tropical Cafe Smoothie. He really made me want to continue to come back. Thank you Tayden!!! :)))

  I’ve came here two times before and the people are nice and actually get my food on time but on the third time this black lady short and chubby took my order I clearly told her I wanted the tropiboba bowl and she asked me the bowl or what and she proceeds to ask me if I wanted peanut butter or Nutella and I’ve never been asked that because the workers know how to make it and the bowl just came out rushed and not separated like before she seems like she doesn’t wanna work there and just wants to go home
