I don’t usually leave reviews. Listen, I’ve gone to Subway for many years, and I’ve never had a problem at a subway until now. They’ve recently hired a new employee, a nice old lady. I don’t think she’s been trained properly, I don’t think she really knows what she’s doing. That isn’t her fault. She needs to be properly trained. Every other employee does a great job, no issues. She likes to make the sandwiches her own way, instead of the way Subway typically trains their employees how to make sandwiches, if you get a footlong, she divides the toppings and ingredients to make 2 separate sandwiches. This might be great for some people, I tried it, I think it’s more messy and I prefer the typical Subway way. So tonight, she was there, I decided I’d just ask her how I’d like it made. She didn’t put enough cheese on my sandwich. She only put 4 individual half-slices. I swear, every other time I’ve been to subway it’s more than that. I might be wrong, but I swear it usually looks like more cheese. Especially since she picked up 5 half slices, and threw the last 5th one back into the cheese bin. I asked her to add more cheese to the sandwich, I just wanted the regular amount of cheese. She ended up charging me for extra cheese. I didn’t want to come off as offensive, so I didn’t argue. I didn’t want double cheese. I just wanted the regular amount of cheese. Now I had to pay a dollar extra, and I didn’t have enough to buy the rest of the things I wanted to buy from 7/11 to go with my dinner. That’s ridiculous, I should not have to be charged for her negligence, or her lack of training. I’m sorry, I really don’t think it’s her fault, I just think she needs to be trained. I go to that Subway often, I have to walk there, I won’t be eating there again if she’s working there, or if I get a response here that she’ll be trained, and I hope, maybe I could be compensated. This has ruined my dinner experience tonight. I enjoy getting subway. Help me be able to go to subway more so you can take my money. Please train that old lady, seriously.
