  Lacks customer service. I normally don't order from this location because it's always "something". However, I ordered a 1 topping pizza and received a plain cheese instead. I called the store to asked if they can remake it since I paid for a 1 topping, even offered to exchange it and per the manager "No es mi problema". I guess she didn't realize I could hear her.. Basically she told the gentleman who answered the phone that it's not her problem. Smh, at least he was empathetic an apologized for the matter... Yeah, No thank you. I'll stick to Papa Johns.

  I have literally waited over an hour and a half for my order. Chet the manager literally with a jolly sarcastic attitude said that he would send out another order. That's it.. no consideration on the fact that I was waiting for that long. He didn't even offer to make it cheaper for any future pizza order or anything. I should have stuck to Dominoes. No communication, no empathy, no real customer value. They suck. I don't want your damn pizza after you had me waiting for that long!! I am super pissed because I barely write reviews.

  I have no complaints with this location, I get delivery service maybe once a month and the pizza and chicken is always hot and tasty! Keep doing what you are doing, and the business will keep coming. I also recommend those reading this to sign up for their rewards program because you can really get free food out of it once you reach a certain number of points!
