  Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lis, an assistant at Pizza Hut. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service is about more than simply taking an order. Customers should be treated with basic respect, patience, and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, Lis made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking for assistance. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it needed to be mentioned. Management should seriously address the way customers are being treated because service like this can make people choose not to return, regardless of the food. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Pizza Hut.

  Ordered a large 3 topping carryout for $10. Pizza turned out to be a medium and receipt says medium. Pizza tastes good though.. I ordered the roasted garlic cheese sticks and am not a fan.

  I ordered a Large Pizza With Pepsi-Cola include Delivery for $33.65 , they told me I will receive it after 30-35 minutes . After over hour I don’t receive the Pizza I call Pizza-Hut They nerve placing my order next time I will order my pizza at Dominos Pizza.

  Always waiting for my order it’s always wrong. It’s like the general manager and the shift leaders don’t care about the job they just make sure the pizza is done. The only one I can say that has every order ready and hot is Marie . What store did you guys take her too ? I will take my service there. Not to mention everyone speaks when she’s on the duty. No one else speaks when you walk in. She have them sweeping and whipping down things. It’s always clean when I come in there.
