  The cashier that was working tonight was the rudest I ever seen. She walks by on the phone and not attentive to any customers.... she was loud and boisterous for no absolute reason

  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Service is slow and they don’t care about customers at all. I came here on a Friday night. It was a team of 3 with Lamar making the pizza. I ordered the pizza at 10:33 pm, and received an email confirmation that it would be ready by 10:45. I arrived to the store at 11:20 and pizza had not even been prepared yet. I didn’t leave the store until 12 am.

  I called in a order last night for some pizza beings it was the only place other than fast food open and i didnt realize they had different sized pizza they took my order for a large and i called back to let then know i wanted a small bro who answered the phone had the worst attitude i get there i asked who had an attitude answering the phone the lady tells me she dk i told her i was there to pick up and order and she realized i aas the one who wanted to change my large to a small mind you i don't buy popa johns at all so i wouldn't have known me and dude that answered the phone got into it because im telling him i was a small and he tryan charge me for the large because they aint wanna remake a small pizza terrible customer service honestly.

  I ordered a pizza with stuff crust and certain toppings to be placed on specific sides of the pizza so it’s half and half. I drove 30 minutes to this location because it was the only one open late night on my side of town. When I got to the store, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while this man with dreads walked about texting and doing his normal routine, if I hadn’t said anything this man would have really let me stand there and not have done anything. I would have left and went some where else, but I had already paid online. I told him I was there for a pick up and he handed me my box and I opened it and it had the wrong ingredients, it was a thin crust instead of homemade crust, and of course it was not stuffed crust. I spend 25 dollars on pizza that tasted like trash. I wish I had looked at everyone’s reviews before I ordered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, don’t waste your money or time. If you are going to work with people and food at least respect the people that are purchasing from your store and don’t play with people’s food, time,and money. We don’t owe you anything nor do we have to purchase from you.

  My brother in Christ not only did you mess up the orders you put nothing in one AND that’s ground beef not Philly steak and customer service was unhelpful and just ignore my questions and sent me on my way and to request a refund it takes up to 48 hours next time I’ll make it I was just being lazy ordering it
