  I placed a large order a week ago with a scheduled pickup for 6/26. I was aware of the opening hours of this location and expected some delay. Nevertheless, I confirmed my order at 10:30am, and the staff member assured me they had received it and were working on it. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and informed that it would take a few more minutes to complete my order. I waited patiently while they handed me a few pizzas to load into my truck. During my wait, more customers came in, asking about their online orders. The woman who welcomed me conducted herself very professionally, even when other customers appeared unsettled. The team remained calm and focused, efficiently managing multiple orders. Although I didn't catch their names, I want to recognize their teamwork and composure under pressure. My only suggestion is that Papa Johns develops a more efficient process for large online orders to prevent service delays in the future.

  They take for ever to deliver food.. the cahiers that answer the phone as rude as hell. They hang up on you when your inquiring about your food. Food also arrives cold. Do not support this business. Customer service is horrible. Their only excuse for the rude customer service, and hour to two hour long delivery service is that they are short staffed. It's ridiculous and disgusting especially dealing with people and their food.

  If I could give 0 I would! It's 2 young ladies and a Caucasian male who worked (6/20/26) night. Ordered delivery and it was taking sooo long to come so my friend and I called to get an update and one of the young ladies hung the phone up on us, not once but 2x. We actually pulled up and they went and hid in the back and left the male in the front to take all the blame smh. We didn't express to much anger towards him BUT MANAGER IF YOU EVER READ THIS PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE! will be calling in the morning to speak a higher up that was so unacceptable

  I’m on vacation and had to order delivery and the store is less than 2 miles away. I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza.

  Ordered on the phone. Was told the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes - which sounded kind of odd. Picked up the pizza (the box felt kind of light again odd). Got home took 2 bites and threw the whole Pizza away - the worst Pizza I ever had in my life and I’m a senior citizen. This Papa Johns on 17 St. in Fort Lauderdale should do the world a favor and shutter it’s doors.
