  I’m really upset hearing about what happened to my family members after they visited this restaurant. They went out, just the three of them, and I trusted them to have a nice, calm evening. Instead, they came back pretty shaken. The food was just average—nothing special—but what really bothered them was the tipping process. When it was time to pay, the server forced them into choosing a tip percentage—only 18, 25, or 30 percent—no flexibility at all. They didn’t feel comfortable, but they left a tip anyway. This kind of coercion is just unacceptable. I won’t recommend this place to anyone, and I hope they rethink how they treat their customers. Taking advantage and of the elderly is messed up! What a way to start a Mother’s Day !

  Absolutely love Padrinos. Been coming here since I was a kid. Took my mother for Mothers Day today and the atmosphere and food never disappoint. Jenny, our waitress even brought my mom a rose with a card, so sweet! Love this place and their Churasco steak is amazing 🙌

  Terrible! seems like no one want to work. Sat at the bar because we thought it was going to be faster service and the bartender was no where to be found the host knew we were sat at the bar she gave us menu two other servers or workers passed by and didn’t even acknowledge us or say hi for at least 10 mins. The air conditioner was dripping on us, and the bartender preferred to go on lunch. Skip this place.

  The food is excellent, although the mojo used for the yuca was a bit salty for my taste. Other than that, the menu options are wide and represent the best of Cuban food (I ordered the lechon asado and was awesome). Perhaps decorating the place with more Caribbean notes will take it to the next level. Great experience and reasonable prices. Will definitely go back for more. Good job team!!!

  Went last night for dinner. First the atmosphere was so nice. Decor was relaxing and tastefully done . Had sangria which was delicious. Tried the empanadas, again delicious. For main course had the lechon with yucca and moros. The lechon was out of this world. Only in town for three days and my husband already said “let’s go back tonight!” Which we kind of will because we have leftovers to snack on after the day at the beach today. Highly recommend Padrino’s!!
