  One of the main reasons for fast food is for fast and friendly service. This location is far from that. Long wait times when there are only 4-5 cars. The only good thing the food was hot today . Some improvements are needed.

  My first negative review ever! I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s location. The wait time alone was unacceptable. I was asked to pull to the side and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for my order, while multiple cars that arrived after me were served and left before I received anything. The bigger issue was the service. While placing my order, I clearly told the employee that an item was missing and asked to be charged for it. Instead of listening, she responded with attitude not once, but twice, insisting it was already included. Once I finally received the food after almost 20 minutes, I checked the order right there and, as expected, the item was missing so it was the drink… When I brought this up, I was told I had to go inside and pay for it separately. At that point, I explained the situation and simply asked if they could accommodate such a small item, especially considering the delay and the poor attitude I had already experienced. The person assisting, who said her name was something like Sarita (it was hard to understand because she mumbled), mentioned she helps manage the store. She was dismissive, continued the same negative attitude, and made no effort to resolve the issue. To make things worse, when I asked for the manager’s name, she refused to provide it and told me to “check the receipt.” When I asked for her own name, she mumbled it in a way that was unclear. No accountability, no customer service, just attitude. It is not about the $2 item. It is about the lack of basic customer service, communication, and respect for customers’ time. McDonald’s as a brand really needs to invest more time and effort into customer service training… It’s simply not what it used to be. I will not be returning to this location. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a major brand like McDonald’s.

  They need to shut this place now the employees are horrible and hand you dirty drippy drink. They cannot get a simple order correct and it’s sad. Management should all be replaced. They are majorly failing!

  This really is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. It’s my local McDonald’s and I live right down the street which is why I keep giving them so many chances. This was the last one. Their food is always lukewarm and never taste fresh. I ordered curbside tonight and I was the only car curbside, but they didn’t bring it out to my car because the app didn’t allow me to put a spot number and so after several minutes of waiting, I just decided to go through the drive-through and when I got my food, my burger was completely mushy. I asked them to remake it, and they did, but the cheese was barely melted, and the bread was hard. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get it together.
