  This place used to have the best staff, but unfortunately that’s not the case anymore. I ordered my food. I can’t tell you how many times I walk in up to the counter. There’s like four or five employees everybody’s looking away from the counter. They’re looking in the kitchen, they’re looking at their phone. They’re looking up at the sky. They’re looking everywhere. Don’t you see customers come in a customer comes up to the counter pay attention. Open your eyes open your ears pay attention. Somebody walks in hello can I help you wake up!

  This is the worst McDonald's ever. It is near my home so I would stop in here late night or when most regular restaurants are closed. The line is around the corner and so slow by the time you get to the front you want to pull out your hair. Then you wait all that time to get to a rude associate who wont even greet you properly with a hello.. after that bad energy and a starving belly... then you will get nearly raw undercooked french fries that are cold with completely old food and stale coke. This is the second time this week i stopped in here and I have decided it will be the last time i give this McDonald's a try. Ill go to Atlantic blvd better. I cannot believe a corporation like mcdonalds still continues to allow their locations to be run down like this. Eww. Throwing out all this food and making an egg because id rather this food in the garbage then in my stomach.

  I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, being polite and patient, only to receive no food and no explanation. The service was completely unacceptable. I felt ignored, disrespected, and left with zero trust in this location. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any fast food place.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I was sitting with a friend eating as a man approached us and sat in the table directly nexts to ours, he continued to stare and mumble random words at us, at some point he started to wave his fingers in our space. As two young women we were left with no other choice but to pack up our food and go eat in the car. As we walked out all the employees were staring at us as if it were a show to them seeing us be harassed. The exit door said no soliciting, yet every time we go in there’s a few men hanging inside or out clearly on some hard stuff, which makes it hard for families to go in and enjoy their food without feeling uncomfortable or unsafe. McDonald’s needs to do better. Stuff is pretty unfriendly too.
