I ordered a dozen Masters of the Universe doughnuts and had a question about a specific doughnut (I repeatedly mentioned “NY cheesecake,” but it was actually the strawberries and creme doughnut). When I was unable to fully comprehend his response, he displayed a demeanor of extreme disgust. It appeared that I was interrupting his personal phone call. Perhaps phone calls should not be permitted while serving guests???. During my third visit, I ordered online through the email I received for my complimentary six-pack of original KK doughnuts for my birthday. I also added a build-your-own seasonal six-pack, which should have included two banana pudding doughnuts, two strawberries and cream doughnuts, and two cinnamon apple-filled doughnuts that I hand picked. Upon returning home, I opened the box to show my boyfriend the banana pudding ones and noticed that I had a six-pack of the original glazed doughnuts. I assumed these were my birthday ones. I then opened the other box and discovered that it contained another six-pack of the original glazed KK doughnuts. I contacted the store to request a replacement of the items I actually ordered (I have a screenshot as proof). I was rudely informed that they could not fulfill my request. Her manager, Lisa (who was on the phone with her and she was disparaging her the entire time), echoed the same sentiment. I inquired about the manager’s availability, as this was not what I ordered and I desired either my seasonal six-pack (which I had carefully selected) or a refund. She stated that she did not want to return the items and was unable to assist me. I intend to escalate this situation further, as this is not the customer service I expect or would recommend to others. Therefore, if Lisa the manager is able to contact or email me back, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, I will contact my bank to dispute the charges.

Couldn't understand the guy at the drive thru, drove up to the window, which was filthy. Really bad first impression. Got the box of donuts and parked to take a look and a quick bite. The donuts were stale and cold. It was after 7pm, so I figured I got the left overs. So this was my first and last experience with Krispy Kreme. Didn't live up to the hype and definitely not worth the money. BTW, if your drive thru window is that dirty, I don't want to know what the inside of your place looks like.
