  I was visiting the Hagen daze store with the family while we were in Fort Lauderdale and the man at the counter made it feel like a family experience. That and the ice cream is simply delicious.

  Honestly, do not place orders through Uber eats. This is the third time I purchase two items, and they only sent me one or send me incorrect items. Don’t waste your time or money placing orders online!! First time I was understanding, second time as well, but a third time?!? C’mon, get it together!!!!

  Amazing experience every time I visit! The ice cream is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Their customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend!

  The ice cream is incredible my family n I went last night but the girls that were working there were rude n had a bad attitude towards my family trying to rush us even tho we have 2 small children under 5 were hard for them to decided what they wanted but overall ice cream is really good ! Customer service not great
