  Great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Tried the new New York Strawberry Cheesecake flavor and it was rich creamy and perfectly balanced with a fresh strawberry taste. Definitely coming back

  The lady that was at the place is terrible as customer service has a bad attitude, bought two ice cream and my cup 2 flavor didn't have ice cream. The only way coming back an apology of the owner or manager

  I had a very disappointing experience with Häagen-Dazs in Fort Lauderdale. I ordered a Dulce Split Dazzler for $12, but what I received was just a regular dulce de leche ice cream—something that should have cost significantly less. When I called the store to clarify, the employee didn’t even seem to know what the Dazzler included, which was already concerning. What made the situation worse was how I was treated. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the issue, she simply said there was nothing they could do and told me to go through Uber Eats—completely disregarding my concern. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, raised her voice, and abruptly hung up on me. It’s extremely disappointing to have this kind of experience from a well-known brand like Häagen-Dazs. The lack of basic customer service, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had

  The banana split in a cup was amazing, and so was the customer service.Unlike their competitors in the area, I do highly recommend them! Best ever!
