  My girlfriend and I decided to go to Fleming’s last weekend. Her and I go out to eat often but this occasion was extra special because we had Dan as our server. He walked us through the menu with care and suggested a bone-in ribeye. The service and the food were excellent from start to finish, Dan was amazing. We will definitely be back for dinner another time soon.

  If I could give this Restaurant 10 Stars I would. The atmosphere, customer service, and food hands down 10+ stars. Mother's Day was my first time at Fleming's and it won't be my last, as soon as you walk in you're greeted by Smiles and Welcoming Ness. Our server was Chris who was charming with a burst of personality combined with a twist of comedy he was friendly and on top of everything making my Mother's Day even more special then it already was. The food absolutely cooked to perfection. The manager was exceptionally pleasant, there were a couple others that assisted with our table that were very pleasant as well. My over all experience at Fleming's of Los Olas was a breath of fresh air and I most definitely will be back.

  Had such a great experience at Fleming’s for Mother’s Day! Our server, Avner, was honestly amazing. He was super attentive the whole afternoon, always checking in on us without being overbearing, and gave really great recommendations. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving people a good experience, and he really made the day feel special for my mom and grandma. I also wanted to shout out Destin, who also tended to our table throughout dinner. He was so kind, respectful, and pleasant every time he came by. Little things like that really make a difference. Overall, the service was top tier and both of them made our experience memorable. Just wanted to give some love to the staff at Fleming’s because they truly made our Mother’s Day outing such a good time!

  I wanted to share my dining experience at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar on Las Olas. This was certainly not my first visit — in fact, I’ve dined there at least half a dozen times — and I’ve always had enjoyable experiences. However, this past Friday night truly stood out. We had dinner reservations for 8:30 p.m. and placed our orders with our waiter shortly after being seated. The calamari appetizer arrived first and was absolutely delicious. When our entrees arrived, my meal was piping hot and perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, my friend’s dinner was completely cold, even though the plate itself was hot. Shortly after, the manager, Alvaro, approached our table, introduced himself, and sincerely apologized for the issue with my friend’s meal. He immediately offered to have the kitchen remake the dish or allow her to choose something different from the menu. She decided to order the same entrée that I had ordered. Alvaro explained that it would take approximately 25 minutes to prepare, and in the meantime, he graciously offered her an appetizer while she waited. She chose the lobster bisque. Not only did he ensure the soup was brought out promptly, but he also returned to our table personally to make sure she was enjoying it. Throughout the evening, Alvaro was attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic. His level of care and urgency in resolving the situation transformed what could have been a disappointing experience into a truly five-star dining experience. We have always enjoyed dining at Fleming’s, but this level of customer service exceeded our expectations. Alvaro demonstrated exactly how managers should treat their guests — he immediately sprang into action to rectify the situation and made us feel valued every step of the way. Alvaro, we sincerely appreciate your outstanding service, professionalism, and hospitality. Thank you for making our evening memorable. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

  We had the most incredible experience thanks to Melissa and the entire team at Fleming’s! We were visiting from out of town to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and they truly went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable. From the thoughtful champagne toast to each team member who stopped by our table to wish him a happy birthday, every detail felt so personal and special. They even surprised us with a complimentary printed photo to remember the evening — such a meaningful touch! This was hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Melissa made us feel so welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable — we’ll definitely be back!
