I liked the restaurant and the food, but I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way our plates were being taken away practically from right in front of us. We hadn’t even finished eating, yet the staff were already clearing our plates. Honestly, it felt like they were making it very clear that it was time for us to leave.
The servers would take away our plates and silverware without bringing clean utensils to replace them, so we had to keep asking for new ones. Unfortunately, this made the whole experience feel rushed and unpleasant. Because of that, I wouldn’t want to return.

Last time it was MAASS. THEY overcharge me and said they would correct it. Of course they didn’t. Now I go back to eat at the other Four Seasons restaurant called Evelyn’s. By the way the 20000000 readers who have read my reviews know that I love the Four Seasons and spent the New Years in Istanbul and the meals were wonderful. But now we are in USA or more specifically in Florida. This week the best meal out of 7 was at Le Jardiniere in Miami in the Design District. It’s not only worth the drive the shopping is like NYC, Rome etc. Le J is to die for. Here it’s hotel food and. It tastes like hotel food. They brought out an appetizer on the house that was almost laughable. But let’s talk about the pluses. The young man from the Bahamas was delightful- Justin. There was a young lady from Chang Mai who equally was as nice. Those of you staying at the hotel. You should venture out to BOCA OR MIAMI. It would be worth the UBER.

We were able to make last minute reservations Friday night and really enjoyed our experience. Because we had a large party there was only patio availability which we agreed to, but when we got there the humidity and heat was a little too much for us since we had two infants. The staff were more than accommodating which we were so grateful. They were able to move us closer to the front so we could feel more of the ocean breeze and they even offered fans. Eventually it cooled down and was much more tolerable.
The food was amazing, we ordered a bunch of different items and shared family style. The standouts were the octopus, wagyu beef skewers, truffle hummus and definitely the branzino. Honestly, everything we ordered was delicious so you can’t go wrong with anything off the menu!
Again, thank you so much to the staff at Evelyn’s.. after traveling with a baby it was so nice to have an enjoyable dinner.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Every person we interacted with was warm, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. You can tell when a restaurant truly cares about the experience they’re creating, and this place absolutely does.
The attention to detail was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, and every little touch made the evening feel special. Our service was impeccable—professional without ever feeling rushed, attentive without being overwhelming, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire experience.
And of course, the food was phenomenal! Everything was beautifully presented, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. It was one of those meals where you leave already thinking about when you can come back.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and an overall exceptional experience. This is exactly the kind of restaurant you want to return to and recommend to everyone you know.
We will absolutely be back! ❤️✨

Food: Every dish we ordered was phenomenal, making it hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. Start with the hummus and warm pita bread—they're the perfect introduction to the meal. The branzino was cooked flawlessly, the Australian Wagyu was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the batata harra was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. Every plate was beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and whatever you do, don't skip dessert—it was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal.
Atmosphere: Evelyn's offers a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance with elegant indoor seating overlooking the resort's pool and the ocean. The setting is peaceful and refined, making it ideal for a special occasion or a memorable date night. The staff truly elevates the experience—they're attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations to help you choose the perfect meal.
Price: While it's certainly a fine dining experience, the pricing reflects the exceptional quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. From the premium ingredients to the beautiful presentation and attentive hospitality, you truly get what you pay for.
Parking: Complimentary valet parking is available for restaurant guests, which is a great convenience. We initially parked on the street and paid for parking, but our server kindly let us know that valet is included for diners, so we'll definitely take advantage of that on our next visit.
Overall: Evelyn's delivers a first-class dining experience from beginning to end. With outstanding Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine, breathtaking surroundings, and impeccable service, it's one of those restaurants you'll find yourself recommending to everyone.
