I made a reservation a few days before Mother’s Day and Tiesto WAS able to accommodate all 18 of us! We had an amazing time, each dish was AMAZING; the mojito pitchers, the unlimited mimosas were all great as well. A time was had! Thank you so much Tieso staff for a great time and great customer service!!! Looking for a return visit when I’m back in town. We NEED a place like this in BOSTON!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at Tiesto with my mom. It was her first time in South FL, and this establishment certainly cemented our restaurant experience. Our eyes were locked in with the array of colors, and our taste buds were expanding with flavor. However, the best part was our server, Melinda. Not only was she attentive and excellent at communication, but she even recommended some local activities to check out. She is an asset to the restaurant. We will certainly be back for more on our next visit to FL.
Great vibes and excellent food blending Hispanic tastes with Japanese ones. It was really busy and service could've been a bit better. I had the calamari appetize, which was no different than anywhere else. My entree was the Sabroso Roll, which was excellent and I'd never had sushi before. Will definitely go back next time I'm in S.FL.
I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at El Tiesto What began as a nice meal turned into an incredibly hostile and embarrassing situation due to the behavior of our server, Melinda Trinidad
Confrontational Gratuity Shaming
While the food was acceptable, the service culture at this establishment is toxic. After we settled the bill and included a tip, Melinda took issue with the amount. Instead of handling the matter professionally or through management, she chose to escalate the situation to an absurd level.
As we were leaving the restaurant, Melinda Trinidad actually followed us outside into the public walkway to scream "Thank you so much!" at us in a sarcastic, aggressive, and mocking tone.
Lack of Professionalism: Gratuity is meant to be a reflection of the service provided. Forcing or "obligating" a guest to give more through public shaming is a sure way to lose a customer forever.
Hostile Environment: No diner should have to look over their shoulder while walking to their car because their server is chasing them down to voice a grievance over a tip.
I am shocked that management allows staff to behave this way.
worst restaurant ever ! it was my moms birthday and we had a gentlemen with us that wasn’t feeling well . he had to rush to get to the front door because it was the closest place to vomit and they were quick to say they were going to charge $100 for
vomit OUTSIDE of the restaurant .
we didn’t get charged the money but the way they handled it was awful . maybe offer the person some water but instead was QUICK to mention a $100 fee if they had to pick up vomit .we left
because we did not like how things were handled and it ruined my
mothers birthday . we drove 1+ away on top of that
