  During a visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels inside Palm Court Pavilion Plaza my family and I had our vehicle booted while we were inside the plaza. The police later advised me to keep my receipt and dispute the charge. Never come here. They put a boot on your car without any warning and completely ruin your day. Then they make it unnecessarily difficult to get it removed because they push for cash payment (so you don’t have Evidence) leaving you without a receipt or any proof to dispute the charge later. When you ask to pay another way so you can get a receipt, they tell you to call the number on the paper they stuck to your window (which may even damage it—I’m still not sure if the glue comes off). I called more than five times, and each time they said they were sending a payment link, but never did—even while the person who could remove the boot was right there willing to help. After waiting 30–45 minutes, they finally called back just to confirm the same information I had already provided. Meanwhile, they claimed there were many people ahead of me, even though the employee was present and available. The guy outside who booted the car was also extremely disrespectful, yelling and screaming at me during the interaction, which made the situation even more stressful and scary for my family. I documented his vehicle details in case of any damage or issues involving my car window. Do not pay cash—you won’t have any evidence. As a matter of fact, I would avoid this entire plaza—because your day can be completely ruined by an experience like this. The booting was handled by a contracted towing/booting company, All County Towing. When I requested an alternative payment method, I was told to call a number and wait for a payment link that was repeatedly delayed. Even though the removal agent was physically present on-site, the process still took an excessive amount of time and required multiple follow-ups. Communication was inconsistent, and the overall handling of the situation felt a complete disaster and stressful. Do not park in this Palm Court Pavilion plaza located at 1–51 N Federal Hw Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 or use All County Towing & Immobility located at 520 NW 7th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 to avoid at All cost the worst experience and a ruined your family day.

  Came in today 05/01/26 and placed an order of three dozen bagels. The pickup and friendliness by staff was superb. I am thankful for the staff for getting everything on point with the order. I hope the staff feels rewarded for doing a good job and for making a Friday a good and enjoyable day for many. Round of applause. Always keep up the good work that you do!

  Awful establishment horrible service waited in a 30 minute line to be refused because of the angry woman at the register who was in a terrible mood and had a bad attitude and refused us. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never experienced such an atrocity. I will never come here again. I’d recommend going anywhere else. If you personally contact me, I will give you the name of the employee who was disrespectful. I highly recommend looking into this.
