  Everything is fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, fast service, you can sit inside or outside and enjoy your meal. Highly recommended.

  Great Atmosphere, Great Customer Service and Great food. I recommend the Nova Lox with the Cheddar Jalapeno bagel!

  Upon entering Rey greeted me like an old friend despite my first visit to this location and this state. I am visiting from Los Angeles! The service was immaculate and with a friendly and professional attitude, the food was prepared quickly and perfectly. My coffee was made exactly to specifications and also made with efficiency!

  I guess it's because the port of Fort Lauderdale is across the street but its a busy location and staff here are either overwhelmed or maybe don't understand customer service or they don't pay attention to orders given from customers. I ordered 2 of their breakfast sandwiches and both came out completely wrong, egg was cold, cream cheese was hardly on the bagel and I think the person taking the order really just wasn't listening to the types of sandwiches ordered. First time at this location though, maybe next time it'll be different. I do suggest putting someone that listens to take customer ordered would be great! Good luck...
