  Today we decided to go for some breakfast at the airport before our flight, everything was fine until i asked for a bag to an employee with Red hair(don’t know her name, unfortunately). My exact words were “Do you think i can get a bag please?”, and she answered “no please?” You gotta say please? And I’m like i did say it? And she said no You didn’t, you have a baby you gotta teach your kid manners, i have a 3 year old and he knows how to say please!….. Which i answered to, i did say please and it’s way too early to fight ma’am. With a HORRIBLE attitude she stopped talking to me and jumped to the next customer …. So, i don’t believe this is the kind of treatment a customer deserves, we pay for a service and that’s what we need to get a good service, not someone with a bad attitude towards clients.

  Might’ve been the worst coffee and ordering experience I’ve ever had. One worker behind the counter. Pissed that she had customers. I tossed the coffee after 2 sips. Bought my wife a canned coffee to top hers off after she poured half of it out since it was mostly milk and syrup. Waited 25min to toss away $14.

  The 90 seconds I spent ordering g was quite possibly the most stressful part of my trip. We felt rushed and unappreciated. The woman taking our order seemed bored with us and moved from one machine to another. We didn’t even get to finish our order before she rang us up. On the other hand she was extremely efficient, but we went to another kiosk (different restaurant) to buy drinks that she didn’t let us order. The bagels were excellent and toasted perfectly. It was extremely busy so we had to wait but the employees were working hard. We were lucky enough to find a counter to sit at but tables are limited.

  The absolute worst service I have ever received in a very long time! The staff was rude, the bagel sandwich that I ordered with cheese was COLD, cheese was not melted. When I asked if they could run the sandwich back through the toaster, the employee said "no, this is how the sandwich is made". I also ordered coffee, which tasted like boiling hot water. The temp was so hot that I couldn't drink it evrn after having it an hour! I am certain the temp is not compliant with food safety regulations. Finally, at the bottom of the receipt it says "scan code to take a survey". QR code doesnt work. The food is horrible and the employees are rude. Skip this place!
