    Related specifically to the airport location. Super quick, easy ordering, but blueberry muffins were pretty terrible (not edible for me or my kids - which is pretty amazing), pre-made egg on a bagel, egg & cheese sandwich (which is normal for an airport, but it was a very sad thin sandwich, and not hot). No butter or jam options unless you interrupted them to get it. Plain blueberry bagel was the only expected, toasted item. Not going to this location again.

    The ladies are rude. Had a line of people waiting and would not acknowledge us. Go elsewhere to spend your money.

    Went in for a Nova Lox sandwich with an almond shmear. Woman charged me additional. When I inquired about it she got angry and said “man, I ain’t got time for you.” She restated what I said and I agreed with her that that was what I ordered and what I said the she got angry and refused to ring me up. When I questioned that she wasn’t ringing me up because I agreed with her, she stormed away fussing. She didn’t understand I was asking her about an overcharge. My Goodness, there’s a hiring shortage, get someone agreeable with common sense when it comes to numbers. I just left. The oddest exchange I’ve had in years. Go somewhere else. I will

    unfortunately, sometimes it takes a associate to really give your company a bad name. I simply asked for a bagel and a cup of coffee Felicia, who is the receptionist order taker took my order. My bill was $12.89. She asked if I was paying credit card or debit, I said cash I simply gave her $13 in cash as she walked away. I placed it on the counter and she had the audacity to tell me why would I put the money on the counter and not hand it in her hand and I said I apologize. I didn't see a sign that says you wanted it to be put in your Hand first of all where is it that the customer is giving you money and you are questioning how they are handing it to you how disrespectful its people like Felicia that work for your company that Will never be customer friendly or should ever be customer facing. And if it's some nonsense about the germs from the money putting on The counter think about all the germs that are in this entire airport Just purely disrespect, disrespectful, and disgusting

    Extremely frustrating experience The first half of my order (food) was ready, so when they called my name I grabbed it and gave it to my dad. I stayed by the coffee pickup area waiting for my coffee order and stood there for about 15–20 minutes watching employees call out names and hand out drinks. During that time, I even watched another customer accidentally take someone else’s order because of similar names, so mistakes clearly happen. After waiting, I politely approached an employee (red hair, unfortunately didn’t catch her name) and explained that I had been waiting for my coffee. She asked for my name and then immediately responded with attitude saying, “Oh no, I called that order 20 minutes ago. What, you didn’t pick it up?” I explained that no, I didn’t hear my name called, which is why I was asking where my coffee was. Instead of simply remaking it or handling the situation professionally, she became extremely rude and argumentative. She repeatedly insisted that I “definitely was NOT standing there for 20 minutes” and straight up called me a liar multiple times. At one point, another customer nearby even stepped in and said that I had in fact been standing there for a while. Despite that, the employee continued arguing and said she was calling her manager because I was “lying.” I completely understand airports are busy and fast-paced, and I understand mistakes happen. Someone else may have accidentally taken my drink. The issue was never about the coffee or the money — I could’ve easily bought another one. The issue was the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Calling a customer a liar and escalating the situation unnecessarily is unacceptable. You seriously need to better train employees on how to handle customer interactions professionally, especially in stressful environments.
