We arrived well before 11 PM, only to find the doors locked around 8:30 and customers being asked to leave so orders could be handled exclusively through the drive-thru. After spending another 10 minutes trying to place an order, we were finally informed that they didn’t even have enough donuts available anyway. Truly impressive combination of early closing, poor communication, and wasted time. Thankfully, Krispy Kreme had no problem actually serving customers, and we ended up getting exactly what we needed there instead 🙃
