  I visited the restaurant to pick up an order. While taking a picture of the order, I was waiting for the second one instead of being approached with a friendly greeting. Instead, I was yelled at and screamed at by a young lady who needs to be fired. I wouldn’t even consider retraining her. I’ve run restaurants in bars for years, and the customer service I received today was appalling. I was there to pick up an order, but I won’t be returning to this restaurant for service or to spend money there.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location today, mainly due to poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I went through the drive-thru to order the $6 meal and asked for an egg and cheese bagel without bacon due to religious reasons. The employee taking my order responded rudely and told me that the sandwich could only be served with bacon. I explained again that I did not want bacon, but he repeated the same thing in an unhelpful and dismissive tone. This was confusing because I’ve ordered the same exact meal at this location before without bacon and had no issues. I decided to pull forward and speak to someone at the window. When I got there, I noticed that the employee who took my order had switched positions with another staff member instead of addressing the situation. The second employee was polite and immediately confirmed that ordering an egg and cheese without bacon was absolutely fine. When I asked what the issue was, I was told the first employee was new. While I understand that training takes time, that does not excuse the rude attitude, misinformation, or lack of professionalism. More importantly, instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the issue, the employee avoided the situation altogether. If an employee is not properly trained on the menu or how to handle customer requests, they should not be placed in a position where they are interacting with customers unsupervised. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better training and accountability moving forward.

  Horrible customer service, I’m here at 11:40am on Tuesday march 4th 2026, this lady clearly didn’t want to serve me, knew zero information on the menu and her attitude was unacceptable. I didn’t even get to order anything as hungry as I am and yes.. I’m still here writing g this so that I won’t forget later. DONT COME HERE!!!
