- KHKeneisha Herring6 days ago1.0I usually go to dunkin sense its the closest between my job and house. However lately the service is unbearable. Im not a Karen by any means I give people chances sense I myself worked in the service industry. But today, my cashier was the rudest to date. She covered my sight from the window then when my coffee was received. She paused as if it was something wrong with my coffee. She went to the corner side added something then came back and pinned the coffee around. Its coffee is by far my most disgusting coffee I have had. I order caramel and hazelnut...it tasted like vanilla and decaf. I will now be going to starbuck for this has been happening for a couple months now. I was very patient and polite...and dont understand why I received the poor service...

I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese on an English muffin, donuts, and a matcha. The employee taking my order was extremely rude and did not listen to what I was ordering. My donuts were wrong, and when I tried to address the issue, the employee and I ended up going back and forth instead of her simply listening and correcting the order. Then I opened my breakfast sandwich and it was literally just egg and bread — no sausage and no cheese. How do you mess up a sausage, egg & cheese that badly? On top of that, I was not given a receipt, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. The employee who assisted me was a Black woman with locs/dreads, and her attitude and customer service were extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen, but the combination of the incorrect food, missing items, rude attitude, arguing with a customer, and no receipt is unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
