  First off walking in the place smells weird. I ordered a royal choco brownie blizzard after standing at front counter for 10 minutes i was told there 2as no one working front counter and id have to wait. There was an older group of people whos food sat on the counter for 45 minutes i recieved my blizzard about 15 minutes later it was wrong I hand it back and was accused of eating half of it yet I stood in lobby stirred it seeing there was no fudge. I then was told drive thru was a priority and id have to wait. Overall this was the worst DQ experience I wouldnt recommend this dq to anyone just talking to other customers this isnt the only occurrence.

  Went through drive through abd it was extremely slow. The ice cream tasty as expected from DQ.

  PLEASE READ! Ordered on 3/16 just to have DoorDash steal my order. I watched the driver drive past me with my order, so I went to Dairy Queen and told them the issue and placed another order, just to wait on the side of the building for over an hour. When I went to their door they looked in shock as they forgot about me. I was asked to come inside and place the order for the third time and still didn’t get the whole order. Both DoorDash and DairyQueen play the blame game but insist it will be refunded. DoorDash escalated the issue not once not twice but 3 times stating someone messed up and it needs to be escalated again. Dairy Queen said they received the email and to wait for the manger to refund my order. It’s now 4/24 (over a month) and I’m still getting the run around and of course still waiting. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company which I should’ve done from day one. If you’re looking to get issues like this go to this store, but I would advise going to another location!

  This store sucks, i ordered uber eats from here 2 times and the first time they took 1 hour to deliver my food and my uber driver waited there for at least 25-35 minutes, then today i ordered same thing they took an additional 25 minutes after my driver got there and then i ordered a double cheese combo, 6 chicken tenders, and a large cotton candy blizzard and they gave me my large blizzard and a small blizzard instead of giving me my cheeseburger. The small blizzard isn’t even remotely close to being as much as the double cheeseburger combo meal so if they did that as a substitute that’s a joke. I didn’t even order the small blizzard only the large so assuming that’s what they did. I’m not the type to leave bad review at places but these people actually suck and mess up orders nonstop. Do not order from this place.

  Unfortunately at 3:30 PM on a Sunday I'm unable to go into the restaurant. I'm in a wheelchair, yet the only door accessible is locked and marked"Please use other door."Is that even legal? I had to send my daughter in because she was craving ice cream.
