- ANAlex NaveMay 4, 20261.0I walked into the location without a shirt on and was not stopped or informed of any issue upon entry. I was fully served my food and had reached the point of paying at the register when the manager asked, “Would you like chips,” and then informed me that I would need to leave due to not having a shirt on. I complied, walked out, and came back in with a shirt in order to complete payment for my order. After this, I was spoken about and treated disrespectfully by employees while leaving and after I had exited the store. My girlfriend remained inside the store when I walked out to get a shirt and overheard comments being made about the situation. Overall, I found the staff at this location to be unprofessional in how the situation was handled. Additionally, Chipotle does not have a strict or clearly posted dress code requiring customers to wear a shirt in order to enter, be served, or place an order, and I was initially served without issue before being asked to leave at the time of payment. However, the lack of any clearly communicated policy contributed to confusion during this interaction. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for Chipotle, and would suggest going to another location instead.
