An employee ignored a line of waiting customers while carrying on a personal conversation through her earpiece. Another staff member had to step in and tell her to help the customers. She dismissed it and told people to wait, with no sense of urgency or professionalism. Who does that? A customer ahead of me walked out without ordering due to the delay. That should never happen. This reflects a serious failure in management and training. Leadership needs to address this immediately and hold staff accountable. This level of service is not acceptable at any establishment.

Serving station filthy and the dining room , good luck finding a table not covered in filth. No leadership, no one actively cleaning , taking out trash , or preparing for the next lunch/dinner rush. No plastic wear or cup lids available. Soda machine broken with ice all over the floor. Then the staff member has the nerve to try and rush me and the next guy online saying “let’s go, what do you want” when ordering because there’s a line out the door. Not my fault your restaurant is not prepared for customers. Unacceptable ! Pictures don’t reflect the conditions observed.
