She then was doing the food for the next customer. I was standing there in front of the burrito for couple minutes, at least 5 ppl saw me there waiting to pay, nobody cared, neither did the girl that made the burrito. 0 communication skill, to tell the person in charge in charge of the cashier like "hey someone is waiting to pay"... Easy 0 training, 0 care for the customers

- AMAlex MarcosSep 9, 20261.0I haven't ordered Chipotle in a LONG time and tonight I was fully reminded why I stopped ordering this trash excuse of a slop bowl. In exchange for my hard earned $14.50, I was given the following: a half-filled bowl of completely bland 'seasonal' roast chicken and hardly any brown rice (they were 1:30 from closing and had more brown rice than white rice). I even asked for the spicy vinegarette on the side for the lettuce at the beginning which they still had except the guy completely dismissed and forgot what I asked for 3 minutes ago. I guess the short attention span is really a common thing with the youngins who work here. Don't even bother tipping a penny or even in some cases being cordial and polite. I hate to say this but Pollo tropical never disappoints for the price, also if you're willing to try something in another league I suggest Bolay kitchen who are way more friendly and are always worth tipping for the amount of food they consistently give.
