- NCNicholas Case6 days ago2.0no problems with the food, however the customer treatment is embarrassing. as a regular customer, i constantly feel like a burden to even be walking into the building, every employee seems absolutely miserable. 0 emotions from anyone they’re just lookin to get paid & for the customers to get out of their face. once again, no issues with the food, but maybe some more employee training on how to treat your customers.

If Five guys manages to serve a consistent product in spite of having the same employee issues, it's simply negligence. Do better. - Moreover, a tepid request to reach out to Corp in response to negative experience reviews further show problems in both hearing and dealing with customer feedback. - EDIT: Case in point see corp response below, as expected, leading nowhere. This is why I stopped going to Chipotle.
