Had gone in there to order. The one associate ignored half of my request. On top of that she thought she could gas light me into my protein portions. I noticed that other patrons had a lot more protein than mine and asked them if they had extra they said no they did not. Then when I brought it to her attention she said no they ordered extra. When I asked why they didn’t get a red tag she responded oh they took them away yet they weren’t even close to paying yet. Then when I hear them paying no extra charge. Yeah if you’re a certain ethnicity there you get treated poorly. I ended up having them make a nice big bowl for me and I just walked out said no thanks. I’m not getting bent over see ya. Yeah the CEO is straight up liar. This establishment is just tanking. I really hate wasting animal products but I hate getting robbed and tricked. I’ll keep doing that till they figure it out.

I’m not a regular so this being my second time visiting chipotle the experience was subpar. They didn’t explain how the meal portions work, very unfriendly and the cashier threw my fruit in the bag like she was annoyed or something. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s done this with other guest. Management needs to retrain staff on customer service especially new guests that spends hard earned money on an overrated establishment. Next time I’ll just listen to my first mind and go to a real Mexican establishment with one on one waitressing and leave a tip well worth for their customer service. This place should get new staff and management that will improve the quality of service. The staff should also be aware of what they say in another language because I do speak creole and understood everything they were saying and let’s just say they could care less about their customer service.

So I'm definitely a fan of diversity being black myself but if there's a language barrier that can be a bit of an obstacle especially when there's a promotion like today. Cinco De Mayo.
The Haitian lady didnt tell me that 3 soft tacos on the side would be extra. While waiting for said my free chips and guac the lady on the side "They could have given you that on the line", which seemed a little rude. She did say you're welcome after I said thank you. When I needed a to-go top and bag she said "What you need?", instead of "Yes" or "how can I help?" I understand being tired or overworked but please be a bit more courteous.
Also my girlfriend who's Haitian said that the young lady spoke in creole "just get him through the line". While the cashier seemed patient explaining the extra charges she seemed to throw my girlfriends orange or whatever into the bag.
Finally as a vegan please be mindful of cross contamination. Change gloves as often as possible.
Do better. You have a 3.4 rating for a reason.

During my visit, I experienced unacceptable conditions, including:
* The restroom had no running water, making it impossible to properly wash hands.
* When I requested a glass of water, the employee handled the cup in a rude and unprofessional manner, tapping it with their finger before handing it to me.
* The overall hygiene standards appeared poor and concerning.
Shortly after consuming food from this location, I developed severe gastrointestinal symptoms. I have been experiencing stomach pain, diarrhea, and weakness for approximately four days, which I strongly believe is related to the food served at this restaurant.
This situation raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices at this location. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

I went in for a burrito, told the worker I’d like the beans on the side. she proceeds to put them on the burrito.. when I told her I said I want them on the side again she looked at me like I was an alien?? then once she remade it I told her cheese on the burrito.. she then puts the cheese into to-go cups, still looking at me like I’m speaking ancient language. I tell her corn for the burrito and she goes and scoops pico and puts it on the burrito when I never said that..
