If Five guys manages to serve a consistent product in spite of having the same employee issues, it's simply negligence. Do better. - Moreover, a tepid request to reach out to Corp in response to negative experience reviews further show problems in both hearing and dealing with customer feedback. - EDIT: Case in point see corp response below, as expected, leading nowhere. This is how companies fail.

Once I was finally being attended the lady at the assembly line did not speak any English, she was Haitian. I ordered a chicken bowl with guac. I paid $2.95 for guacamole and it was not even half of a spoonful for the protein and guacamole. Then i saw the manager or what seemed to be the manager hand out free food to a random black dude in line. Not sure If I witnessed theft but sure seemed like it. The owner of this establishment should seriously consider cleaning house. Literally! The place was filthy! Mind you, there were 6 people on the clock! Insane.
