I called corporate twice...the first time they just gave me some half ass apology and wouldnt refund me. The second time they blamed it on door dash told me to call them. Called door dash they said it was straight through chipotle they couldn't refund me. Now I come to the restaurant and the manager has an I dont give a dang attitude. Says she cant refund me the full amount saying there's nothing she could do about the elevated fees online and that it's not her problem. At first I was giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was the driver's car. But as Im coming out of the store 2 big ol rats in broad daylight. Disgusting. Never eating Chipotle again and encouraging all those around me not to either. Go to Moe's or Qdoba instead.
