The vinaigrette is also frequently missing from my salad orders—and a salad without dressing is incomplete. The restaurant needs a more reliable process for sealing bags and checking orders before they leave.

It's embarrassing and a disgrace. We enjoy your product, yet we have to endure your employees lack of enthusiasm, whilst we pay a premium. Not much will change , that much is obvious .
