  Save your time and don’t go there. I’ve been going to this chipotle for 5 plus years. The past 3 months every order I’ve done is wrong, something missing, wrong food, wrong protein always something. I’m not sure if management changed but they have severely gone downhill the past few months and I recommend going to another Chipotle there are a lot in the area.

  Order not prepared 20minutes after pickup time. No sorry or anything whatsoever. They dont care. On the meantime people get served at counter. What is the point of preorder?

  Came to pick up my order, not food for me believe me I would never eat this crap OK bags of food on the counter. You’re standing there waiting with your finger. You know where one person not one person says can I help you nobody then you reach you put your head over to the black girl making making this crap food and just tell you what the name you’re here for and she mumbled something that you know human being could understand and then you’re still continue to sit there with your finger you nowhere I cancel the order and you know what I go across the street and I got a nice order from Zelda Fresca Zoda Fresca nice hello can I help you thank you nice this place is for this is like this is for high school children. Anybody anybody any adult that eats here has to have their head exam.

  honestly the worst chipotle you can even go too everytime i order online theres an issue and when im in person everyone is out of it and rude like if they are there for free. the food is good but the service isnt. i dont recommend this spot to anyone. if your feeling “mexican” food i rather you go to taco bell.

  Honestly so disappointed. Went in to eat at 6:30. No fajita veggies, chicken was like it had been in the refrigerator. First guy who started my order seemed angry and like he was doing me a favor taking my order (which is his job) second girl was a little more pleasant but was blatantly saying how she didn’t want to be there. Girl who I paid for my order 32.00 by the way. Couldn’t even say you’re welcome when I said THANK YOU. The dining area was gross, messy tables, stuff on the floor and NO ice. And two of the sodas were letting out water not soda. I’m guessing either there was no manager on duty, or the manager just doesn’t care about their job either. 32.00 for cold food, and a warm drink. Don’t recommend eating here when it’s a busy time of day.
