There was absolutely no structure or organization. Orders were randomly coming out with no one checking who was waiting or asking which orders people were there to pick up. I waited over 10 minutes for a DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready at a specific time. When I finally asked an employee about the order, he simply said he didn’t know instead of taking the initiative to find out. Even the one employee who appeared to actually be working was just walking back and forth without assisting the people waiting. This location needs better supervision and organization. Having that many employees standing around playing while orders are delayed and customers and drivers have to chase someone down for help is ridiculous. Horrible service.

Today, after finishing my meal and preparing to leave, I found that the middle lane — which is clearly intended for normal vehicle traffic and for customers exiting the property — was completely blocked by a customer waiting for a pickup order. What concerned me even more was that the staff appeared to allow this. One employee even explained that the customer could not move forward. But that completely misses the point. The real question is: why was this vehicle allowed to wait for a pickup order in an active traffic lane in the first place? This is not a designated pickup lane. If an order is not ready, the customer should be directed to the designated pickup area on the far left or asked to park in a proper parking space. A vehicle should never be allowed to sit in the middle traffic lane and block everyone behind it simply because the customer is waiting for food. Whether the vehicle could move forward at that particular moment is irrelevant. The vehicle should not have been waiting there to begin with. This is also not an isolated incident. I only come here occasionally, but almost every time I visit, I encounter the same traffic-flow problem. That is one of the reasons I do not come here more often. More importantly, blocking an active traffic lane can become a serious safety issue. If a fire truck, ambulance, or other emergency vehicle needed access, this kind of blockage could create an unnecessary delay. There is also a recurring issue with order accuracy. I specifically request water with no ice, yet I repeatedly receive water with ice. The drink itself may be correct, but “no ice” is still part of the order. Staff should be checking the full order details before handing items to customers. I hope management will address both issues: keep the traffic lane clear at all times, enforce the correct pickup procedure, and make sure employees actually follow customer order instructions.
