I could have gone to McDonald’s if I wanted to be disappointed. CFA was my first job and we never shut down machines before closing. Members are on their phones, I asked to speak to a manager one never came… I’ll never be back to this location and I hope the store owner sees this thus is not how chick fil a operates.

But one day, after seeing an advertisement, I decided to give Chick-fil-A a try. While I was there, I saw someone eating a salad with such genuine satisfaction and happiness that I thought, “Next time, I have to try that.” So I did. I tried the Cobb Salad, and it was a 10 out of 10. But what truly won me over was so much more than the food: the service, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the attention to detail, and, above all, the genuine happiness of the people who work there. It is absolutely remarkable. You won me over, you hooked me, and you gained a loyal customer. I am now a faithful Chick-fil-A customer. This location was well below the standard I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The dining area trash cans were overflowing, and customers had no choice but to stack garbage on top because they weren't being emptied. It created an unpleasant environment. The customer service was equally disappointing. The employees were not welcoming and came across as indifferent, and at times borderline rude. When I requested to speak with a manager, I believe I was sent a team leader instead, as they were not dressed as a manager and didn't seem to address my concerns professionally. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete even though everything was clearly listed on my receipt. I had to return to the counter multiple times to receive the missing items. The food I did receive was cold, and my daughter's Kids Meal didn't even include the toy that was supposed to come with it. Overall, the experience lacked the attention to detail, hospitality, and quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. It honestly felt more like a poorly managed fast-food restaurant than a Chick-fil-A. I left extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I sincerely hope corporate takes these issues seriously and works to improve the management, cleanliness, and customer service at this restaurant.
