- LHLauren and Stefan Hart4 days ago3.0We just passed through the drive through this evening and ordered a large sprite, 2 large fries and a 30 count nuggets. The associate taking our order was incredibly helpful and friendly, but when we got home and opened our order - we found that we were missing one of the fries and the mix for the sprite was off (as it tasted like carbonated water). All in all, feeling let down by the experience. :(
- DJDivine Joy5 days ago1.0The most chaotic chick filet I ever been. People acted like they don't know where to order. They are honking left and right. No sense of direction from the staffs. No Receipt to print front the drive-thru. Then it get weirder, 11 am they ran out kids meal bag, so of course No toy in the bag, no fork for the mac and cheese, no sauce for the nuggets but they Do CHARGE forty cents for a cup of ice . Leo acted very suprise that I questioned that. He claimed that its for the CUP not the ice. He was very impatient with me since he had to refund. NO ONE TOLD ME they would charge for ice and since they failed to provided a receipt who would have known. The manager got a nice back rub from the cashier next to him to lower his tone. UNACCEPTABLE.... I will never go back there.

They accidentally brought me a salad with pork, and my husband is allergic—but the staff handled it immediately and professionally. They brought us a fresh replacement to our table within minutes, no hassle at all. Really impressed with how attentive and efficient the team was. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.
- CBChronic BrowseMay 1, 20261.0This is probably the only place in Florida that serves a plain butter biscuit, I DoorDash it almost every single morning but it’s unfortunate because they never can ever seem to give me the strawberry jelly that I ordered. I order like eight packs and they still don’t pay attention. I have ARFID. This is one of the only breakfast foods I can eat, without the strawberry jelly I can’t eat it. I Literally had to DoorDash an entire strawberry jelly because they can’t be bothered to pay attention. It is super frustrating because I like the small packs specifically because they taste different than a big jar of jelly. Just sucks I can’t choose another store to order from.
