  I went to this location this morning for a bowl and had an amazing experience! I tried what Vashon recommended, which was the new Greek Goddess Salmon bowl, and it was amazing! He assisted me and provided amazing customer service! Arianna was the cashier and we shared a great interaction at the register. 100% will be back!

  I had a great experience at CAVA! I spent around $26 on a bowl and a drink, and while the price was a little on the higher side, Khadijah and Abby made the experience worth it. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. Customer service like theirs definitely makes a difference. Thank you, Khadijah and Abby, for making my visit a great one!

  The manager Jermaine and his team consisting of Abby and Ariana tag teaming with the fresh ingredients along with nice and tender meats, this time the glazed salmon and braised lamb, and that Harissa spicy dip and hummus to compliment a wonderful and savory meal to start a weekend.

  What an awful experience. Employees have no clue what they’re doing and completely ruined the brand for me. I’m a longtime customer of other locations, but this one just moved into my neighborhood, and the bowl that I got for $18 has one scoop of rice, a tiny scoop of steak, a half scoop of the slaw, a half scoop of the tomatoes and cucumbers, and only fills 40% of the bowl. I made a comment to the person working there, but he was so high that he couldn’t understand what I was saying. Sadly, unless management gets this under control, this will be a very short lived experiment. The place was actually busy with a long line and only had one person making the food, with four other people standing around watching him.

  My experience at CAVA was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and their positive attitudes were noticeable throughout my visit. There were plenty of smiles, and the team appeared genuinely happy and engaged in their work, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food looked fresh, well-prepared, and appetizing, and it tasted just as good as it looked. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the juice bar area, which was well-maintained and organized. The restrooms were exceptionally clean, fresh-smelling, and well cared for. Overall, the combination of outstanding customer service, delicious food, cleanliness, and a positive atmosphere made my visit to CAVA a great experience. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to visiting again.
