  My husband and I stopped in and grabbed a Lavender Dream iced latte and Pistachio iced latte, but also snagged a Beach house breakfast croissant. The coffee was smooth and not overly sweet, the sandwich was everything you could ask for (nice crispy bacon, not that fake stuff). The two people running things were so nice and even though it took a little longer (in a rushed society) it was well worth it and better than a chain 100%!

  Our first visit to Beach House Coffee and Kava was an absolute delight! My husband Mike S, recommended it to me, and I was excited to bring two friends to experience it as well. From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of warmth, relaxation, and positive energy. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They patiently explained the different latte flavors and helped us choose the perfect drink. I decided on the pistachio latte, and it was delicious! The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Beach House Coffee & Kava has definitely become my go-to coffee spot in Ft Lauderdale Beach. Thank you Jeffrey and your team for making us feel so comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated.   Don’t even know what Cafe con leche is was on of worst coffees I ever had if u want Cuban cafe con leche don’t go here!!

  Just happened to be walking by and decided to stop in to grab a cup of coffee. The lavender dream iced latte was amazing! The young man working was incredibly helpful and pleasant as well, which was a perk!
