The Butter Pecan with Coffee was smooth with the perfect balance of sweet, buttery pecans and coffee, while the Cotton Candy was fun, sweet, and brought back childhood memories. So both items were wrong. It is a shame as we both were creaving BR so much and neither enjoyed or had a good experience with this location, nor anyone available to help with this order.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
